Easy access to the city centre, but you can't open the windows, so the rooms get really stuffy really fast, even with aircon.nThe sheets of my friend had blood splatters and another unknown stain on them. The restaurant was closed when we got there, but we didn't receive any email or heads-up to let us know before we got there.nThe service people were helpful.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely stay. The hotel has great rooms that are well equipped, super clean, comfy bed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location was great, a short walk to Paddington station for the London Underground. They also have underground parking which is very spacious and priced well requires a reservation. Would stay here again and most certainly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel.
I knew this was a good hotel just by the price alone but after staying here, I wish I got more nights! It is truly comfortable and a home away from home. Service is fast, towels and floor mats are fluffy. It overall feels very new and extremely clean. I love the bed as well. Everything in the room makes sense.nnThe location is a walk from Paddington but it is a very nice walk and if you are wheeling luggages, it is a pretty smooth journey.nnGoogle maps would show you a really long way but you can find some short cuts around it. Good M&S just beside it as well. Very convenient.
Yehia very friendly staff, accommodate our request. Very comfy place within walking distance to M&S , bus & train station & edge ward road . One safety concern is that you can’t lock the room . Room was equipped with Nespresso machine & 4 pods, SMEG boiler overall nice experience .
Very nice hotel with extraordinary service. Their breakfast was delicious. Our first time in London and the palace and big ben are in a walkable proximity. It was surprising that it was so easy to screen cast onto the televisions in our room. High tech air conditioning/ lighting. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again one day!
