Everything with this hotel is absolutely exceptional and outstanding. I got so spoiled here these days that I can’t go to another hotel anymore.nnMy husband and I always stay here when we’re in London and need a romantic or shopping weekend. This time we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the kids and they had the best time ever. Emily, the exceptional butler, was making them feel like they’re the most important guests here nnThe rooms are huge and sensational, all the staff from the door guard to the spa manager were so caring and welcoming. Everything was beyond perfect. We feel like royals here!nnI can’t wait to come back in the summer again
We had a fantastic weekend! The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had. The staff was amazing. Highly recommended! Can't wait for our next visit.
BEWARE!nFour of us booked to have afternoon tea this afternoon priced at £79 per head. We rebooked too because our last visit a few years ago was outstanding. Today was not outstanding - the service was not first class and quite slow. But the point I want to make and warn you about is that when the bill came for our £79 afternoon tea, they charged us a service charge of £12 per head!! The service was nothing exceptional And no difference to what you might get at pizza express!!!!!! So disappointed
Went for the afternoon tea. Amazing selection of fresh pastry, sandwich and wide choice of tea and drinks. Amazing customer service. A top choice recommendation for afternoon tea.
Didn't stay but enjoyed afternoon tea in the Rosebery Room. Beautiful space with a real fire.nAs you'd expect the service is excellent and the food is amazing. There is unlimited tea, sandwiches and cakes. A perfect place to celebrate a birthday or just for a special day out.
