I recently attended a finance work event at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, and it was an exceptional experience. The venue itself is stunning, with a beautiful building full of character and elegance. The atmosphere was perfect for the event, with a classy yet comfortable vibe throughout. The reception was flawless—staff were attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was also top-notch, perfectly prepared and presented. Overall, a fantastic venue for any organised event, offering a great balance of luxury, service, and ambiance. Highly recommend!
I would like to express my gratitude and commendation of the empathy and professionalism of Paul and Tony to help me Greg, a runner who fell and injured my forehead and knees early this morning about 100 metres from the hotel. Without expecting anything in return from a non-paying stranger, they went out of their way to help clean up my wounds, make me feel comfortable, advise me to go check out my injury at Chelsea Hospital A&E and call a taxi to get me there. Now that I have checked and felt fine and am on the train to continue my journey to Manchester, I would like to thank Paul, Tony and Mandarin Oriental staff for their help. If that’s how they treat a non-paying stranger, I can imagine that their service to their customers would be top-class. Once again, my sincere appreciation to Paul and Tony and all the best for their careers and families.nRegards, Gregory from Toronto
The attention to detail this hotel provides is unreal, we are very happy and very grateful:nFirstly, we landed in London very early and arrived this hotel 5 hours early than it should, staff tried very hard to accommodate us, and even seated us with free breakfast, than they quickly sorted a room around 11:30 am for us to check innSecondly, I am such a sunflower lover, and by chance, hotel lobby have some really nice sunflowers to display, so I took few photos.nThe guy called Kevin I really hope that is his name helped me and my husband to taking some pictures in front of flowers and I just expressed how beautiful those sunflowers are, and I how much I like them back homenSo he took our name and room number, and arranged sunflowers for our room with a real nice card with it, I lost my words for these actionsnWe love travel and travel often with all big branded hotel, but these actions this hotel given is above and beyond, I can honestly says I love to stay here again for numbers of reasons but above all that, this hotel just showed me, they do really care about their customersnI hope everyone can have the same experience as we do
Fantastic. Cannot think of staying anywhere else in London! From the doormen to the thoughtful touches of housekeeping, it was an inspired stay. Just a skip to amazing shopping, museums, and Hyde Park. Right at a Tube station entrance and a doorman will grab you a taxi before you can blink! Tea service for my daughter’s birthday was wonderful. Room service and restaurants were all delicious and top-notch service. Every single encounter with staff was shockingly warm and kind. Other 5 stars should take note!
I spent few night at this hotel and had the most amazing experience of my life . Staffs are so friendly and very professional. The hotel is situated at the right location, very easy to find . The food was delicious and i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves class and comfort .
