Just had a wonderful 2 days in this fabulous hotel. We had a few issues with the heating in our room, so we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Also ate at Theo Randall's, which again was fabulous!!! We love this hotel and staff, and can't wait to come back!!!
My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Park Lane. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the staff could not do enough for us. The doormen, concierge team and reception were so welcoming.nnAs my daughter is a wheelchair user, we shared an accessible room on the 4th floor with wetroom. The facilities, cleanliness and comfort more than exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping made a courtesy call by the room to see if we needed anything, which was a lovely touch and showed how guest focused the hotel staff are. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast next morning which was served in the Theo Randall room. The quality of produce was excellent, as was the attentive service.nnThe hotel offers so much for anyone wanting to experience a 5 star stay in a great location with exemplary customer service, cleanliness and comfort.
Fantastic hotel, brilliant location close to Hyde park and Hyde park corner tube station.nnThe staff were exceptional, pleasant and very helpful. We had use of the lounge and it was beautiful, lovely breakfast and a very relaxing start to our weekend.nnLovely room with comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!
First thing you are going to hear in the morning, is knock knock from cleaner. They will wake you up, no matter what.nThe you go for the breakfast and you will have to take a half an hour line before you get seated. The you have to take a line for eggs - another 15 minutes. Choice for breakfast is really poor.nAfter you get to your table with eggs, you will need 20 minutes more to get your coffe.nVery very bad breakfast experience for 5 star hotel
They say Your staff is the best Sales person. The staff were so friendly and helpful. From the doorman to reception and concierge. They go out of the way to help..Hotel needs a major upgrade . Value for money. Breakfast was amazing. Location is good..
