Every employee we interacted with went above and beyond to make our first visit to London magnificent! We arrived early, and I really appreciated being informed of our included benefits at the start so we could plan for different amenities accordingly. We were so surprised and elated after a long flight when we found a beautiful dessert and message congratulating us on our anniversary, and they even remembered our son was going to see his first Premier League game!nnThe daily breakfast at the Theo Randall was both diverse and delicious, and the servers were so helpful and attentive. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony, and the courteous housekeeping employees kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. The location is also perfect, as you can take the Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow, and it is centrally located to bounce between many amazing spots around London. One final perk of the location: be sure to take a stroll to Buckingham Palace at night for a beautiful view.nnOverall I can honestly say it was as perfect as a hotel experience can get, and I look forward to visiting again, but even with so many great amenities, it was the staff that upgraded our stay from comfortable to truly memorable. Thank you.
Very disappointing stay. The elevators weren’t working so everyone had to use one lift, which caused long queues and chaos. A staff member even cleaned my window without any notice while my curtains were open, which was a serious privacy issue. On another occasion, a staff member actually opened my door without knocking, even though I didn’t put the “service my room” sign, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.nnThe bathrobe smelled bad and the cups were dirty, and even after I complained, nothing was resolved. One of the front desk employees literally shouted at me in front of everyone, including the manager, and he didn’t say a word until I complained about it. They will drive you crazy with their attitude. Front office employees are extremely rude, except for one person, I think her name is Depeshka, she was very polite and kind. Bunny and the bellmen were also nice and helpful.nnIt’s not my first stay here with the family, but for sure it will be the last. You’ll pay a lot of money just to be annoyed instead of resting. Not worth it.
Stayed here as a little celebration for my sister’s birthday and we cannot recommend it enough. Aside from the fantastic location, the staff were so friendly throughout the hotel especially the doormen and the lovely staff in the Club Lounge. The breakfast in the Club Lounge was of such high quality and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The turn down service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond by bringing a little cake for my sister. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will be back!
The Intercontinental London Park Lane delivered a truly exceptional stay, especially on the newly renovated Mayfair floor, where our room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and impeccably serviced throughout our visit. While the bathroom was slightly small, every other aspect of the experience more than made up for it. The service was outstanding—from a smooth check-in to a concierge who secured museum access with ease, to consistently warm and attentive breakfast service, highlighted by a fantastic waitress named Salem who brightened our mornings. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, perfectly situated between Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace with effortless access to Regent Street, Parliament, Harrods, and the tube. Overall, we couldn’t recommend it more.
My husband and I went for Sunday brunch today, it was a wonderful experience. The food was of a very high standard, beautiful flavours. In a time where not all 5 star hotels offer a 5 star service I would like to show appreciation for the staff. They were all very friendly and professional. We had the pleasure of the service of Fernanda, Rian and Isaac and others whose name I didn’t get but that doesn’t mean their hospitality was lacking in any way.nThank you very much.nReena and Doug Logan.
