We stayed here for 3 nights. Good base and location for exploring London. Away from the busy areas of Central London and perfectly placed for walking the canals. We opted for Premier Plus rooms and the extra level of space and toiletries gave it the extra touch of something different. Room and corridors smelt nice which isn’t always the case.
We stayed at the Premier inn Paddington Basin for 2 nights Family room 2 adults and 2 children during the Xmas period. The checking in and checking out process were super quick. The location was perfect for us as we were able to find many food places by foot and Hyde Park and Oxford street was just a 10-15 min walk. The breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. My children were looking forward to the American Pancakes but unfortunately they had no stock of this, nevertheless as there were plenty of other items to choose from this wasn’t a major problem. The room itself was pretty decent, a bit dusty here and there. The beds and pillow were comfortable. The shower/bath facilities were good. The downside I feel was we had asked for our room to be cleaned at 10am we had to let Reception know by 12pm on the day, as we had been out all day we came back in the evening to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. This was quite annoying as we did inform Reception and nothing was done. Other than this, we all enjoyed our stay and would come back again if they can clean our room as requested
We’ve stayed at over 10 Premier Inn hotels across London and the surrounding areas, but the Premier Inn Basin Paddington has been our best experience by far! The location is unbeatable, great connections to the city center while being just outside the congestion zone, which is incredibly convenient.nnThe rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. A special thanks to Ayesha at reception, who made our stay extra special with her warm hospitality and helpfulness. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us.nnHighly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. It’s a fantastic base for exploring the city!
We liked our stay, it is near the Paddington train station, around a 10-minute walk. There is a subway station very close too, maybe 5 minute walk. Breakfast was good nThere is only one maintenance thing that could improve a lot the room we stayed in as shown in photo. Also, some extra cleaning would be welcome because bathroom sink photo and surfaces in our room had many fingerprints from previous guests, same thing with crystal doors in our way to the dinning area. Also, some elevator buttons were missing.nAll in all, we could sleep well and enjoyed our stay, thank you Kind and helpful staff.
Highly enjoyable stay at the premier inn. The staff are exceptional, always on hand to help and answer any questions. The rooms, as always are tidy and well presented. The dining area is very modern and appealing. I had the cooked breakfast and a cup of coffee. It would give that a 6/10. Not the best.
