We stayed there for 6 nights recently. Although i was concerned if our stay will have a succefull end, i can say that almost everything run pretty good. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were descent enough in terms of comfort, space and cleanness. One night the water was not warm satisfactorily. One night there was error fire alarm where we needed to run out quickly. Location is very good. We were moved by bus to any sight we wqnted to view..
Had a great couple of nights stay here last week and overall a very pleasant experience. We had booked a premier plus room which was on floors 14-19, we were on floor 15 facing north with great views such as being able to see Wembley stadium. The room also came with Nespresso coffee machine as well as a normal kettle and an iron and ironing board and a big TV.nnThe location is excellent with a quick, easy walk to Edgware Road Station offering the Hammersmith and city, circle and bakerloo lines which went to every destination we needed to go to in a relatively short amount of travel time.nnDemi on reception was exceptionally helpful, she greeted us and helped with everything we needed, she was also very professional, a stand out member of staff.nnThe only couple of issues which unfortunately brings this review to a 4 was the water pressure in the shower, the room itself was clean and tidy with the shower offering both a waterfall and a normal shower head, but the water pressure was too weak for my liking. Also, the TV wasn't responding properly, it was either slow or had to push the buttons extremely hard for it to work.nnOverall though a generally positive experience, we would definitely stay here again!
I recently stayed for 9 days at Premier Inn Paddington, London, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish.nnThe check-in process was smooth and seamless, thanks to Velvan, who took the time to clearly walk me through all the details and made me feel very welcome.nnThroughout my stay, the service provided by Warda, Priya, Jay, and Nejam was exceptional. Each of them was consistently professional, diligent, and courteous, and their attention to detail really stood out. The team genuinely made the stay comfortable and stress-free.nnThe breakfast package offers excellent value for money, and the hotel’s location is very convenient and easily accessible, making it ideal for both business and leisure travel. The facilities met all expectations associated with Premier Inn standards.nnOverall, a fantastic experience with outstanding staff and great value for money. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again.
Stayed for one night. Such friendly staff although I got stuck in a infuriating loop with their AI receptionist chat bot on the phone when all I wanted to do was ask a simple question . The people on reception were helpful and kind regarding a special request. Great selection for breakfast although I'm allergic to soy and lactose, but their dairy free milk was made of soy, so I couldn't have my morning cereal . I always wished they had a cheaper breakfast option available for us lot who only want a bowl of Weetabix and a cup of juice. Not everyone wants/can eat a full fry up especially me with my many other allergies £11 for some cereal is mad, so I just didn't eat.nComfy, clean beds although spare sheets under bed were stained with tea?? had to use spare duvet as blanket as I was so cold. Clean-ish rooms I guess, for the price. Bathroom in room could be better, and there's no toilet brush???? You get hand soap and basic Bayliss And Harding body wash complimentary, but no shampoo or anything so definitely bring your own toiletries. Drinkable tap water. Rooms have showers and baths but I wouldn't consider it clean enough for me to be comfortable having a bath and the restaurant has a cosy vibe to it and seems clean. Post COVID and no sneeze guard on the food, though? Just gunna leave that all out in the open for people to sneeze and cough on? Kids to put their hands in? Come on.nThe rooms themselves are pretty quiet and sounds of traffic and air con aren't really noticeable. You can change the temperature of your room but, even though I had it set to 25°c, my sister and I felt it was cold so we had to put our coats and a spare duvet on our beds Maybe some blankets would be nice for the rooms? Or let us always-cold-women put the heating a bit higher nGreat for the price and a short stay. It's pretty close to central London, it's so useful it's right near a tube station. A little hard to find the entrance as no arrows or bold sinage; door is tucked around the back of the building, but you wouldn't know until you get right up to it Felt sort of scary being two small women late at night in a dark, empty street in London wandering around, looking lost, unable to get in but maybe I'm being paranoid. Pretty good views if you book in advance and request a room high up, but if you want a proper view of central London you'll have to stay in a hotel a bit closer to the city centre.
Book in advance and you will get really good rates for London. Stayed with my kids family of four and yes the rooms are small with luggage but it is cheap for London and conveniently located for public transport. We were out exploring so really only used it as a place to sleep for which it was perfect. No fridges in the family rooms. We had breakfast once and it was really good and great value as kids eat free.
