My room number is 142 and stated at the hotel for five nights; the hotel location, security & staff were top notch and super friendly and welcoming! I had few notes for the cleaning lady and she has attend to my notes fully and was super efficient. The gym on sight is well equipped too. Lobby is beautiful & had wonderful selection of pastry and tea to choose from. During 3 PM onward there is additional security service on site which made the hotel feel safer and much secure. It’s my first time staying here & definitely not the last time highly recommending it
This was one of the best Marriott I’ve stayed. I arrived way earlier than check-in time and the receptionist, Sheila, gave us a “temporary” room to freshen up and rest ahead of our check-in time. I was shocked! We also gained access to the lounge which offers a great selection of high quality food throughout the day, as well as alcohol from 5 to 8pm. I upgraded using my suite nights and we were assigned the executive suite. What a beautiful room!!!!!!!! I tried to spend as much time in the hotel as I could. Top notch staff, from the doorman to the front desk to the lounge staff. Will definitely go back to this property when in London.
We stayed at the JW Grosvenor House in May 2024. We had an outstanding experience. Check in was a breeze and we used our suite night awards to upgrade rooms. The executive lounge was great and we utilized it daily for breakfast, snacks, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. Ricky at the concierge desk absolutely saved the day when I was having an issue booking tickets to a tour. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the tour I wanted, even though it was all the way in Oxford. The hotel and staff was a complete dream. Cannot recommend it enough.
The staff don’t give an sh. I only experienced a few staff but that made my mind up that I wouldn’t waste my time going there again. You could ask a waiter for something ten times and they’d never apologize for making you ask ten times. Word of advice to waiters…clear the table first before trying to fit 2 pots of tea and 8 cups onto a small coffee table that already has 4 plates with knives and forks and unfinished food. WTH!!!?
I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this property. Amazing executive lounge with breakfasts, snacks and drinks all day. Huge rooms with comfortable bed and a soft robes. Rooms are quiet and showers have bath tubs. Staff was all so nice and check in and out was flawless. Don’t hesitate to choose this spot.
