The Peninsula London is simply next-level. The hotel itself is gorgeous and insanely comfortable, with top-notch facilities that make staying here effortless—restaurants, spa, airport service, everything works perfectly.nnWhat really makes it stand out, though, is the team. From the leadership down, everyone genuinely cares about making your stay exceptional, and it shows. They’re professional, welcoming, and make the whole experience feel seamless.nnIf you want a hotel that’s not just about luxury, but about being looked after properly, this is it. Can’t recommend it enough.
We attended an event at the Peninsula Hotel and being a 5 star hotel our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. Food service and decor of a very high standard. Stand out dishes was the braised beef and the vegetarian gnocchi dish. The wine section included a south Australian charndonet and a Chilean red.nMemorable few hours of fine dining.nWould re visit and would recommend to others.nFernando Nieto
We had a truly wonderful stay. Every restaurant we tried was exceptional, from Brooklands to Canton Blue and Little Blue Noodles Bar, the food was absolutely delicious.nnThe service throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every team member was attentive and professional, and a special mention goes to Angel, who would truly move mountains for the guests.nnThank you for an unforgettable stay, we can’t wait to return soon!
I have been meaning to put a recommendation on for a long time we have been to the Peninsula three to four times for afternoon tea during busy periods and quieter days too.nIt’s probably one of the best afternoon tea spots in central London which do not rush you. We spent nearly five hours there! The food was amazing, staff were friendly & customer focused & atmosphere was very cosy & cosmopolitan a child friendly environment too. Would highly recommend their afternoon tea- great variety of foods catering for a diverse audience.
I visited the Peninsula London this evening as I wanted to enjoy a drink at the Brooklands bar. Unfortunately, my experience at the entrance to the bar was extremely disappointing and not what I would ever expect from a 5-star property of this calibre.nnUpon arrival, I was told in a very abrupt manner that I needed to be placed on a “waiting list” before being allowed to sit at the bar – even though there were multiple empty tables and seats available at the time. The tone and attitude from the hostess were unnecessarily dismissive and quite disrespectful and extremely rude, which made me feel very unwelcome.nnI left and walked to The Lanesborough around the corner instead, where I was welcome with impeccable service and respect.
