Amazing hotel and staff. Nice rooms and beds, hot water, gym is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The members lounge was awesome and very useful. They even brought me up a shipment that arrived, and gave me a nice welcome gift. The only issue was the elevators being slow and one being under construction, but everything else was incredible. Won't regret staying here.
We spent 5 nights in the Sheraton Park Lane in April and it was absolutely amazing. The location was divine, putting you in the absolute center of everything you needed. The hotel held true to its art deco history and the decor was subtle and classy. The rooms were decent size for Europe, and the mattress and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Executive lounge was well equipped with a lovely breakfast and cream tea every day. Mick, John, and Nelson were 3 staff members that went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.
I recently visited London & stayed at the Sheraton Grand once again for 10 days. Mr. Justin, the General Manager, is very warm & welcoming. He will go the extra mile to make sure that we have a memorable time at the property. Katie, who assists Mr. Justin as well, is very polite & efficient in her work. The lounge facility is also wonderful. The food served is excellent as well as the service. Virag at the lounge is very nice, always smiling & willing to help. Dulce is also very nice. Nelson at the Concierge is very friendly & always willing to help out with the luggage. Overall, we always have an amazing time at this property, are back again & look forward to returning back again to our home away from home in the near future!

As a pet-friendly hotel, they welcomed my dog with open arms and treated him with the utmost care and attention throughout our stay. I came for an afternoon tea for two experience with my partner, being my first afternoon tea I wasn't sure what to expect, but I wasn't expecting how excellent the whole experience was.nnOur host, and servers Kim and Maria were sublime, catering to our every need and very courteous! They made the experience absolutely painless, especially as I didn't really know what to expect!nnI had oolong tea and my partner had breakfast tea, and a selection of delicious sandwiches a vegan option is also available, scones with jams and clotted cream, and decedent desserts! We got refills on the desserts and on the bubbly too!nnThe venue itself is gorgeous, and I certainly left beyond satisfied! Definitely something I would do again, and at the Sheraton Grand!
