Our stay commenced with a warm greeting from Moiez who, despite us arriving before check in time, allocated us a room so we could unpack before setting out for the day. A perfect location for our London break. Room very clean with a well thought out design. Bed very comfortable. Shower good. Ideal storage for clothes and ancillary items. Bar was good and staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for future London breaks.
We stayed here prior to Christmas and the display and sweet treat offering each day was well received.nnThe staff were lovely, especially the door guys!nnBreakfast was nice and had a good selection to choose from. We wish we found the bar/restaurant on level 10 sooner as the view is great.nnOur room was a little noisy from the aircon but this may be because we arrived early and were put in this room for quickness.nnLovely room other than that. Shower a little on the small side, but the room itself was goodnnGreta location. Bus stop right out side and shops less than a 5 minute walk away
The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly, and there was a great variety of options for breakfast. Plus, the hotel is located in the center of London, which allows you to start enjoying the city as soon as you step out of the hotel. We will definitely come back again.
We had a truly lovely stay at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect for exploring London, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the wonderful service we received from Vyan. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and genuinely joyful, and her positive energy made such a difference to our visit. Vyan went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after, and her outstanding efforts did not go unnoticed. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for, and we are already eager to return soon.
