I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on a number of occasions and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms, hallways and restaurant areas are always very clean and well maintained.nThe staff are professional, polite and always go above and beyond to help make your stay more enjoyable & comfortable. I have been fortunate enough on more than one occasion to be served by Istvan in the restaurant. He is awesome.nnThank you!
Absolutely love this hotel. Great, fantastic personnel, perfect location since we were going to Royal Albert Hall, right on Kensington High street with shops, restaurants and cafe's. Really close to subway.nWe stayed in a deluxe garden room with huge windows toward Hyde park. Really clean, suited our Scandinavian sensibilities.nWhatever you do, do NOT miss the piano bar! Superb, high class entertainment , totally made our nightnNot budget but you get what you pay for!
Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel offers exceptional service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure every guest feels welcome. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!
We visit London often and always stay at the Royal Garden. It has nice big windows that look over the park or downtown. Clean, high class rooms and attentive service. Our favorite part is being next to the huge park and lake. We jog, ride bikes or just stroll to visit the swans, its a nice break from the city. They have a fun piano bar where you can sing along to oldies and it's open late. Highly recommend!
It is far from the Oxford street and many tourist attraction will be needed to go by car since it is 40 minutes away by walk, the service is very underwhelming and bad and they overcharged our stay double the price and said it was jot their fault the cleaning service was not good and there was a very bad smell when we entered the room it smelled like cigarettes and the concierge took way too long to bring our stuff to the room. We all got food poisoning from their food. The room was not like the photos and was very small.
