We had a good stay overall. The hotel has great facilities and works out as good value for money. We had a nice meal at the Original restaurant and moved on to piano bar, where a live music was playing until 1am.nThe room itself is small and the aircon was a bit too noisy.

I recently stayed at Royal Garden Hotel in London, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My room was beautiful, with a stunning view, which made my stay even more enjoyable.nnHowever, the worst part of my stay was the loss of my second phone, which I use for work. I had placed it in the safety deposit box, but when I checked out, I couldn’t find it there. I searched every part of the room but had no luck finding it. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.nnWhile the hotel offers a great experience in terms of cleanliness, service, and ambiance, this unfortunate incident left a negative impact on my stay.
We had an amazing anniversary celebration at the Royal Garden Hotel and it was such an beautiful experience. The staff were super kind and helpful, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, flowers and a little cake to wish us happy anniversary which made our stay extra special. We had a beautiful room with the most stunning view of Kensington gardens. ! It was spacious and luxurious. The location was perfect and there is so much to do around. We also had dinner at their restaurant Origin Kensington which was absolutely incredible, the food was delicious and to a high standard and the atmosphere was lovely and festive. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to go back there! Thanks for an amazing experience. 5* !
We only stayed overnight to see a show, but what an amazing hotel. The staff were so helpful. The room was very clean with all facilities. The breakfast had lots of choices, & delicious. I would definitely stay again, & highly recommend it to friends. Thank you to all the amazing staff!
