Fantastic 5-Night Stay! Perfect Location & Great Comfort.nnMy working group of 30 peoples stayed here for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. This is a solid 5-star stay for us, and we were impressed from start to finish.nLocation:nYou simply cannot beat this location. It's a genuine 2-minute walk to Marble Arch tube station, which made getting around London incredibly easy. For shopping lovers, it's a dream come true – you're right at the start of Oxford Street with Selfridges practically on your doorstep. Having a Tesco and other shops nearby was also super convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials. It's the perfect base for exploring the city! Also just cross the street for running and walk in the park nnHotel & Room:nThe breakfast spread was a fantastic way to start each day . There was a huge variety of delicious options, both hot and cold, catering to all tastes. Our room was excellent – very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were top-notch, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing.nThe only minor hiccup was the shower and bathtub combination; it was a little tricky and unconventional to use at first, but we got the hang of it. It was a very small issue in an otherwise perfect room.nOverall:nWe had a brilliant stay at The Cumberland. The combination of an unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and great food makes it a winner. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
Had a wonderful 3-night stay here!nnThe location is fantastic, just a short walk to Oxford Street and hyde park and conveniently close to everything you might need while travelling around London.nnThe room was great and comfortable. The breakfast spread was decent, though it could be improved a little. I noticed during my stay in Amsterdam my next stop that they served smoked salmon and herring, which were really good alternatives for Muslim travellers looking for halal-friendly options perhaps something the hotel could consider.nnThe staff were excellent and very helpful. We used the concierge several times to drop off or send bags/items to our room, and the service was always smooth and friendly.nnWould definitely stay here again on my next visit to London!
First of all we were really impressed with how you upgraded us and the warm welcome we received upon checking in. The hotel was beautiful as was the room and the view! We really appreciated the bottle of fizz, card and the message on our mirror congratulating us on our Anniversary!nnWe had drinks in the bar last night and Dani Daniel? couldn’t do enough for us! He’s a real credit to the team and made the whole experience even better. The band Lady Petrol were also brilliant. We’d love to stay with you again, and will definitely recommend The Cumberland to friends and family! A superb hotel!nnThanks again, we had an amazing stay and I will pass on this feedback to Leo Kitchen.nnJosh & Sarah Casswelln10th Wedding Anniversary
I would like to sincerely thank Aquiles at the reception for providing a temporary solution so I was able to sleep.nnI chose this hotel because of all the positive reviews I had read and because I wanted to celebrate my graduation. I came here to relax and enjoy myself, but unfortunately, I did not expect the bed issue. Thanks to Aquiles’ help, I was able to sleep, and I truly appreciate his assistance!
Location was perfect for the venue of the business meeting that I had, coupling this with how simple it is to get from Kings Cross station to the hotel means it is a very easy commute if you want to be in the Marble Arch area. Note, in the room it challenges you to take a shower in 4 minutes. This is all well and good and an admirable environmental commitment, but it doesn't work when it takes more than 3 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower head
