Amazing ExperiencennThis is my second stay with Premier Inn hotels this year. My first was last April at Hub by Premier Inn Westminster, and this time at the Marylebone location. Both experiences were wonderful, with warm and welcoming vibes.nnA special mention goes to the lady on the late-night shift tall with black hair her positive attitude really stood out.nnOne suggestion: It would be great to have a safebox in the room for added convenience, along with the option to open the windows.nnAlso, please continue to encourage booking directly through your mobile application without using third-party hotel booking apps.nnKeep up the great work - Bravo
I love Premier Inn, normally. The rooms are usually a good side, bright and airy. These 'hub' by Premier Inn hotels are not that.nnRooms don't have a window, well not what I'd call a window anyway, it's a small slither of a completely frosted glass window, you cannot see out of, which made the already tiny room, feel super claustrophobic.nnOne side of the bed is against the wall, so I had to climb over my wife a few times to use the bathroom. Now I know you can see a lot of this in the images, but let me stress to you, there is no view out of the windows there are even rooms in the basement that don't even have the frosted glass window..., and the rooms are tiny.nnGood points would be: Nice size TV, clever storage for your items, the monsoon shower was good. Also, typical Premier inn bed, comfy, albeit smaller than their normal beds in their regular hotel offerings.nnThe air-conditioning control panel that had the light controls had a life of its own though as well.nnAlso, only one large towel was placed in our room upon arrival, despite it being booked explicitly for two guests.nnFor the price and place to rest your head in central London, I wouldn't say its 'bad', but it was rather claustrophobic not having a view, and the small rooms. It's perfect to get rest, but not to sit in and relax after a long day.
This was my second time in London but first time in a Hub by Premier Inn hotel and it’s definitely the way to go if you’re a solo traveler like me! I booked it for the affordability and location. This hotel is new so it felt clean and amenities were up to date. The rooms are small but this is known when you book so it wasn’t a shock when I first arrived and saw that the bed was basically half the room. They really squeeze in everything. My one observation was that they should do something with the empty wall like add more hooks or closet space. Check-in is at 3 pm but after a long travel day from the States I was able to check-in early for £10 even on a busy Taylor Swift concert day. The hotel was busy for the concert but I never once heard any noise while in my room from the hallway or from outside. This is also in a desirable location too. Lots of bus stops and tube stations around to bring you anywhere! It was easy to get to Wembley for the show. You can get breakfast in the hotel but I decided not to because there were some great cafes in the area loved Boxcar nearby! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.
We stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend and could not fault it.nnWe were greeted with a smile and helped with the check in. All the staff were very polite and helped where required.nnWe stayed in the 'bigger room' which had a nice big bed which was very comfy. We did ask for a couple more pillows as we only had one each which the staff were more than happy to provide. I'd recommend the bigger room if you aren't solo.nnThe hotel provides complementary tea, coffee and water from the bar which was a nice bonus.nnThe location is fantastic being so close to Edgware Road tube station.nnOnly points for improvement I have are to keep spare pillows in the rooms, add more hooks to hang things like towels and allow us to use the sleep timer in the TV.nnI'd happily stay again.
Stayed a week in a 'Bigger Room' on the 7th floor in late May. Genuinely impressed with this property. The room whilst expectedly small for London was functional with thoughtfully designed hidden storage which helped minimize clutter. Bed was comfortable, slept well. Above all, extremely quiet. Don't remember hearing anything out on the corridor ever, nor of the streets below with the excellent soundproofing. Only thing is the room gets dusty fast due to the tightness, so just make arrangements for it to be freshened up basic or otherwise and you'll be fine.nnReally chic and cozy cafe downstairs, with a bar that operates till late. Very secure, you'll need your guest access card to get through the main entrance after hours. Good to have a few quiet and comfortable pints if you don't feel like going out. Breakfast was standard fare and okay, but optional.nnStaff overall very courteous, friendly and professional across all shifts, although at times looked a tad overwhelmed. Always kept their composure though, so props to them.nnEnjoyed my stay here, would keep it in mind the next time I'm in London.
