The welcome at check‑in set the tone for our entire stay—Amreen and Arzan greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, and her attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. A special mention also to their manager, Ankush, whose gracious presence and seamless coordination ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit.nnOur stay itself was nothing short of luxurious. Every corner of the property reflects elegance, and the team went above and beyond to surprise us with thoughtful touches that made the experience unforgettable.nnTaj 51 exceeded our expectations in every way. The@51 is a wonderful dining spot moments away from Buckingham Palace. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere.nFrom the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by Savio, the manager on duty, who took great care of us throughout our visit. He was very engaging and suggested some dishes which we truly loved. I truly enjoyed our time at the restaurant. A big compliment to the entire The@51 team, with special thanks to Savio ,Pawan, Kunal for making our visit memorable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Outstanding hospitality & a wonderful stay!nnRight from the time we arrived at St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel, we felt truly welcomed. The check‑in experience was seamless thanks to the warm and attentive service from Binayak, Jeff, and Prativa. Their professionalism and friendliness set the perfect tone for our stay.nnOur evening meal was another highlight. Despite it being an incredibly busy Valentine’s Day, the restaurant team delivered exceptional service. A special mention to Savio and Jennifer, whose attentiveness and genuine care made the evening feel personal and memorable. Their managers, Urmi and Samridh, were constantly checking on the tables, ensuring every guest felt looked after even during the rush—an impressive level of hospitality.nnBreakfast the next morning, though busy, offered a fantastic variety. The team handled the crowd with grace, and a special shout‑out goes to Ryan for his warm service. Their manager, Shubham, was equally attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and guests had a great start to their day.nnAnotherhighlight we absolutely must mention is the spa. The massage was exceptional—one of the best we’ve experienced—and the therapist’s skill and care made it truly rejuvenating. A heartfelt thank‑you to Tenzin, the spa manager, for creating such a calming, world‑class environment and ensuring every detail was flawless.nnSt. James’ Court continues to impress with its signature Taj hospitality—thoughtful, consistent, and heartfelt. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.
We had a superb stay at the hotel. There was a small glitch on arrival which was sorted by the housekeeping team. The manager Tyler and his staff could not have been more apologetic or professional and exceeded our expectations when resolving it.nWe had a really excellent meal in the TH@51 restaurant, the staff again hugely attentive.nThe room was quiet, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom and its products a pleasure to use.nAll in all a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again.
