I felt like their only client. The staff and service is exceptional.  Right in the centre of London too, near all major sites within walking distance!!! 20 mins max to Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Covent Garden... can not recommended more. It is the best place!! Clean and awesome sleep!!! Thank you. I will continue to choose you as I have for 5 years now, since you opened! Ignore comments about TV lacking etc. It is serene and the philosophy of sleep and serenity is wonderful!

Stayed one night for business, so it was a great location. Walking distance from our offices in Soho. Self service check in and out worked fine and was convenient.nAlthough for some reason I managed to get a four double bed bunk style room ‍ it was clean and I only needed to get my head down. Missed not having a TV or coffee making facilities.nOverall clean tidy modern on the doorstep of Leicester Square. Would stay again with work.

Excellent location – many landmarks are within walking distance, direct train from Heathrow. The price for the capsule is very attractive. It’s quite calm, and I didn’t have any issues with my neighbors. Each capsule has its own ventilation. Don’t forget to bring your own lock!

Fantastic place. Bed super comfortable. The capsules are actually very spacious inside. The water in the shower area is hot and if you keep your hand on the button its constant. Capsules clean offering nice lighting and plug and charging port. Best night's sleep I have had in a long time. Bathrooms cleans but busy but that's the nature of the beast in this type of accomodation. Staff all very nice. Great central location. I had a top capsule and tje stairs were no problem. I did see people sitting in the bottom capsules on the floor and I dont think that would have suited me. The steps alsp acted as a seating area when I did not want to be in the capsule. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be back.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and with genuine care. The team went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and a memorable experience
