The best Premier Inn that I've ever stayed in, it's modern, clean and welcoming. The self check in is really convenient and the hotel itself is in a lovely location and a short walk from the tube station. I'd highly recommend the Premier Plus rooms, they're cleaner and comfier than some of the expensive, high rated hotels we've previously stayed in!
Had an excellent stay here. Comfy, clean, secure, well-designed rooms and a stylish lobby. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the luggage storage room was a huge plus. Reasonably priced but it didn't feel like a budget stay. Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff. The bar was also really pleasant. Self-check in is also useful and it opens at 15:00. You can leave your luggage there and go back out.nThe hotel was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the bed. Although comfortable, it was far too small for two people. My legs were hanging over the end and there was no room to roll over which contributed to several poor nights sleep. You had more space if you lay on your side. That being said, it was in a great location in a lovely area. The chance is high that we would stay again but perhaps book a larger room.
The location is excellent.nnThe rooms are ok - clean, a normal hotel room with nothing extra which is fine.nnI do not like the management - there is NO proper reception. Staff are working in the restaurant area AND helping visitors to check in at the same time. How cheap can this hotel be to their staff??? I am definitely not a fan of those self check in machines.nnThere is no room cleaning service unless you call to arrange. The basic wifi is not usable. Clearly, they want to make their guests to pay for wifi 5 quid a day. It gives me a feeling that the hotel wants to get away with anything and everything possible. Cutting costs as much as possible at the expense of the guests' comfort.nnI get it, it is a budget hotel, but I do not believe this is the right way to treat your staff and customers.nnOverall, this is not great!
Convenient location, in front of Belsize Park station. Nice cafes downstairs and decent variety for breakfast option. Problematic self-check in, and impossible to reach the hotel/staff by phone. No reception. My dad had an expensive, brand new, designer shirt stolen from his room on day 2 on his stay. No apologies nor investigation conducted by the manager. The staff in the restaurant was friendly overall, and the new Premier rooms, albeit expensive, are better than the basic ones. Yet it remains an expensive hotel at an average of £200+ per room per night, with a cheap service quality. The theft and how it was handled, however, made sure we won't return.
