Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and two children. Location was perfect for our trips around central London with it being around the corner from the tube station. Service was fantastic! Big shout out to AJ who served us one evening in the on site restaurant, he was extremely polite and made us feel really welcomed. Room was perfect for our needs, nice and clean with plenty of space for us. Would definitely return if visiting London again
The family room here was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. The location is great, the bag drop was useful and the breakfast buffet excellent. However the real stars of this hotel are the staff! A young lady whose name I didn’t get on reception and at breakfast and her colleague Norman were exceptional! Norman in particular was an absolute ray of sunshine, whose warmth and friendliness added smiles to all our faces. It’s rare to have such wonderful service that prompts me to write reviews but they were fab! Thanks x
Had the best stay at Archway Premier Inn. The Premier Plus room was immaculate and so refreshing to have extra amenities, such as coffee machine with pods, armchair and foot stool, mini fridge, and a larger room.nThe manager Mr. Noman was such a pleasant gentleman, who accommodated any requirements and had a friendly, polite, and respectful manner.nI really enjoyed our stay at Archway and will definitely return. The best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. All staff lovely, breakfast perfect, hotel clean and accessible, and right next to the train station.nSo impressed and recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in May 2026 together with our two boys, aged 5 and 10. We stayed in a family room, which worked very well for us and made our stay both comfortable and convenient.nnThe entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and service-minded throughout our visit. They were also very easy to get in contact with whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made the experience even more pleasant and stress-free.nnThe hotel was clean, nice and tidy, and had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. While the hotel is not highly modernized, everything is well maintained and comfortable, and, as during our previous stays, everything was pleasant and well taken care of.nnThe breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide selection of food for both adults and children. Although the selection did not vary much from day to day, there were plenty of choices and everything was fresh and enjoyable.nnWe truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to both families and couples looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for another lovely experience!
We were served during a mealtime at the Premier Inn London Archway restaurant and Brad and Mahin made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It was our first visit to this Premier Inn and both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after.nnBrad was great at building rapport and making us feel relaxed, and Mahin, even though it was his first shift, was incredibly attentive. He checked whether we knew about the upgrade option and made sure we were covered either way, which was really appreciated. When my phone ran out of battery just as I was about to pay, Mahin handled it brilliantly. I felt embarrassed, but he reassured me straight away and dealt with it with real kindness and professionalism.nnBoth Brad and Mahin made a simple mealtime feel like a genuinely positive experience. They’re a credit to the team and deserve recognition for the way they looked after us.nnMy 10 year old daughter also said “excellent service” and she appreciated the extra topping on her ice cream. Thank you!
