Great location only 15 mins by tube into London and you're not paying the premium for city centre. Lots of fast food/supermarkets nearby for food and supplies. Hampstead heath 15-20 mins walk away.nnRooms were a bit tired but very clean and tidy. They were very quiet and didn't hear any noise. Yes, the lifts are accessible without a key card but all the floors are protected with locked doors.nnWe received a very warm welcome when we arrived and were able to access our room a little earlier.nnBreakfast is usual premier inn fayre. No complaints here. Everything was restocked quickly.nnEvenings were a bit chaotic. Service was very slow but it appeared there wasn't enough staff on duty. Those who were on, were very busy and very friendly and apologetic.nnWould recommend for bed and breakfast but not evening meal.
Great experience at the premier in archwaynI have stayed this evening and I must say the customer service has been excellent from the receptionist to the bar staff helping me to be lift with my bags.nStaff went above and beyond, and the most exceeded my expectations. As a vegan it can be difficult to find food to meet my needs however I must say the vegan pizza I received was better than most pizzas I’ve received in any Italian restaurants.nOverhall a great experience.nI would like to mention that elenan and Dwight
This Premier Inn is outstanding with a very close to Archway station location.nWe came here for a Valentine's Day breakfast and we Sincerely loved every second of that amazing buffet of delicious breakfast and that we had chosen ourselves to use the opportunity for a Valentine's Day breakfast was absolutely and without question the right decision. I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at this hotel on London travels, AJ and MD were very accommodating giving a brilliant service. They were polite and very respectful despite having to deal with a very rude customer for most of the evening. I thank both of them along with the chef for trying their best to give customers the best service they possibly could give, they are a credit to Premier Inn.
As always the staff were amazing. They were so helpful especially AJ and Timea. They went above an beyond to help us with parking on check in. The hotel was clean and located in such a good position to travel to the west end. Even the maintenance technicians were so friendly.
