This was my first Hub experience. The rooms are perfect for solo travelers and/or short stays. For my fellow Americans, the rooms have AC! The breakfast wasn't as good as I have had in the past in Premier Inn. The bacon was dried out and barely edible. But staff were friendly and attentive. It took a little longer to walk there from King's Cross than I expected looking at the map, but it is close enough and convenient for transport. I paid the £10 extra to check in early. Always worth it, in my opinion.
I have a mobility disability and regularly stay here when visiting London because it offers numerous accessible rooms. The location is very central, the premises are clean, and the prices are often competitive. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Denis, in particular, is exceptionally attentive and considerate. Thank you.
If you are traveling solo and looking for a budget hotel in a great location but still want clean, quiet and comfortable, then premier inn hubs are a great choice.nBreakfast was good and half the price hotels normally charge. Bar was good toonEvery member of staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was great for the quick stopover we needed. It was compact but comfortable, also clean and reasonably priced. Staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We also used the luggage cupboard after we checked out so we didn't have to lug it around when we went for a walk. Location was fantastic for Kings Cross hotel was a 5 minute walk around the corner and St Pancras, also underground nearby.
The place is an excellent location. The staff and to be specific Rita was such a fantastic lady, full of energy, humour and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make my first day worth to remember. I got a little bit confused when she asked if I would love to have some nice treats. And for sure she did an excellent job. I will definitely book the Hub for my next stay.
