Arrived yesterday. The reception is extremely friendly. The room is beautifully clean. The location is at Finsbury Park, with the station being across the road. It has a glorious breakfast eating area, with a lounge and bar.nWhenever I return to London I will be staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars.
We had 2 nights here at this great hotel.nThe hotel itself exceeded our expectations in every way. It was modern, bright, spacious, decorated beautifully throughout.nThe beds were very comfortable and we could not here any noise from the streets below or the very close by passing trains.nThe staff were very welcoming as we arrived and friendly throughout our stay.nBoth good options and quality of food at breakfast.nGreat location with The Tube Station across the road. Very reasonably priced.nWe will stay here again when we return to London.
Great hotel in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist with a warm, friendly smile. Although we arrived quite early and knew our room wouldn’t be ready yet, we only planned to leave our bags. To our surprise, we were kindly invited to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.
Our stay was quite pleasant! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.nnA few quality of life suggestions I'd make;n1. Have two chairs/room instead of one. It's kind of odd to walk into a room for two people and there's seating for only one person.n2. Include a dresser in rooms. We were there for 8 days and living out of our suitcases that were on the floor.n3. Replace the 'coolers' with refridgerators please. We wound up with two 'coolers' in our room, both of these kept items at room temperature, not any cooler than that.n4. Don't have the HVAC system reset after two hours of operation overnight. We woke up to a very warm room until we figured out to leave the room key in the slot by the door to 'fake' the system into staying on overnight.nnBesides that, we really enjoyed our stay at the Finsbury Park location! As mentioned, ALL the staff were amazing and ready to address any concerns or questions we had which made our trip that much more pleasant.
Fantastic rooms. Very spacious.nnBeds are big and comfortable.nBlackout curtains work well.nTea, coffee, biscuits and water provided.nnThere is also a hair dryer and a steamer for your clothes bit no iron.nnThe water pressure in the room is very good filling the bath quickly and the shower is powerful.nnSome slight damage in the bathroom but apart from that, the room is brilliant.nnBREAKFAST.nnA good selection of hot and cold food available. However the sausages taste like cardboard.nnThere is also a good selection of fruit juices and tea/ coffee.nnMeats and cheeses with many bread types to choose.nnAll in, not to bad.
