Stayed here twice and both times were pleasant.nnClean rooms and beds, plenty of space.nnGood customer service. The last time I stayed, we had issues with the heating not working. Staff were very helpful when we flagged the issue.
Stay here when we are going to an Arsenal match. Great service from the manager and all of the staff, very helpful. Breakfast good value. Room good size and nice and clean. More than happy to recommend this hotel.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. They have a gated area to lock up your bike which sounds great apart from the fact that the hotel needs to bus you in and out. 3 separate times in 3 days they left me locked behind this barrier for 30 minutes a time. The last time my colleagues kept telling reception i was stuck there with no solution, i ended up having to climb the gate myself which tore up my jeans. Other fun activities at this hotel were the key cards to the rooms never working and people knocking on your door at midnight saying you need to come to reception to sort a problem with your booking.nnI have got asked our company to avoid this place from their bookings and i would recommend you do the same.
Stayed one night. Room clean little close to railway tracks so if you are a light sleeper be sure to mention it to the staff. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is a self service buffet affair and is good for the price and very reasonable for London.
I was only there for one night so can’t comment on the food or drink, but the most important thing for me was a decent night’s sleep - and I didn’t get one. The air con screeched at whatever fan speed I set so couldn’t be used, and as the rear of the hotel overlooks railway lines, I couldn’t have the windows open either. That made for a stuffy night on a bed that gave me backache that wasn’t relieved by the low pressure shower. Convenient location but that doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep
