Stayed here for 5 days with a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5. The room is super small which is to be expected in London but the apart hotel was not catered for a family. 3 sets of cutlery and plates, had to ask for more towels as 3 towels were provided. As soon as the sofa bed was opened the room gets too small without nowhere to turn. The reception was super helpful and they helped when they could but room service was non existent. At times they were in the room without any cleaning or change of towels or toilet paper refill. The location is good as there are several bus stops and frequent buses to the nearby 5 Overground and Camden tube stations so that is a big plus!
What a great apartment. Stayed for a few days and felt comfortable from the time we got in. Very clean and the decoration was very good. Slept well, wad very happy with the room and stay. Staff were professional and friendly.
Upon arrival the receptionists were very welcoming and showed us to our apartment and showed us how to use everything inside the apartment. They were very friendly and approachable. It was very helpful to have a left luggage area to allow the guests to roam around London. Would definitely recommend this place.
We stayed here for 4 nights, in a city as expensive as London it is really great having a kitchen in your room!! Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy, 1 bus to Central London, small grocery store around the corner. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
I loved this aparthotel! It’s hard to find places like this in London!nThe room was very spacious, perfect to stay with children. Everything was well furnished and clean. No rumors, very quiet area.nReception is opened 24h and they are all very kind and helpful.nBus stop is right outside the hotel and Camden tube station only few stops away. Location is perfect for people traveling with family.nWill come back again for sure!
