There are some reviews that i don't understand and what people expect from a 3-star hotel.nHonestly the hotel, service and staff exceeded our expectations. We warmly thank FACUNDO for professionalism and friendliness! That is worth much more than a 5-star review.nRooms are clean, location is very practical and the service is excellent.
I attended the comicon here. Ive been a few times and found the hotel to be very easily accessable, a few minutes walk from Russell Square tube station. The security were very professional, and helpful, top class. The staff were very pleasant. Even the cleaner was really nice too. I enjoyed my trip there. The comicon was just amazing, the set up was great,and atmosphear super! This is a very nice hotel. They even had excellent Christmas decorations and a beautiful Christmas tree! They had a really lovely santa there too. Overall a most delightful experience!
Very good room, apart from the dusty heating and bathroom ventilation, we slept comfortably. The hotel is very well located and well connected, and we felt safe both in the area and inside the hotel. We were even able to leave our luggage there after check-out so we could walk around without being overloaded. A special shout-out to Facundo for his great service and kindness!
The photos of rooms here on google maps are far from what you get in reality. Our room was very very old than the one here on photos. The room window cannot open properly for safety reasons, which makes it hard to breathe in a room with two persons and a kid. Also, the humidity after taking a bath is all over the room unable to go out since airconditioning does not exist. The only 3 good sides of this hotel are its location, great english buffet breakfast a comfortable beds and sheets.
Noisy, but great hotel & staff so just ask for a quiet room if noise bothers you. My bedroom window overlooked the London Pub garden and the window had no double glazing. I thought I'd left it open the noise from outside was so loud. Such as shame as the room was really clean, well decorated, the bed really comfortable and service & staff are all excellent, if they just sound proofed the rooms better I would have given much higher rating. Conference facilities were also great & again all staff amazing.
