Nice hotel. Very busy with lots of tourists booking for short stays.nWe stayed overnight and met up with friends who came over from Spain.nOur room was standard but very comfortable and the bed was lush.nFacilities were very good with pubs, shops and eateries within walking distance.nStaff at the hotel were excellent, especially at breakfast, coping with huge volumes of of people and seating everyone for their meals.nChose this location as it was easy for us to get to Euston station for the return trip home.nAll in all a good experience and would certainly consider staying there again.
Before checking in, I was feeling unwell and asked for help, and the staff arranged for an ambulance and took care of the paperwork for me as I was unable to move.nThey were always by my side and cared for me. It was very reassuring.nIn particular, staff member Japanese staff translated for me as I didn't understand English, which really made me feel at ease.nnThe room was very clean. There was probably no air conditioning, but it wasn't cold. There is no refrigerator, so be careful when buying cold foods. It is very close to the Piccadilly Line station, so it is easy to get to from the airport. Kings Cross Station and other stations are also within walking distance.nnI have now returned to Japan safely and can go home. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you very much.

The location is very convenient, located in a beautiful, silent and calm square and very close to public transportation. The liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are very good. The room had everything to prepare a tea or a coffee, including a water boiler. In the in the room there is a small safebox. We left our bags in the luggage room on the day of checkout, not bad experience.
Great location. Room for 3 spacious, clean and beds comfy. Breakfast plenty of choice and good quality. Can get busy. We were seated quickly and everything buffet style. Had drinks in bar opposite which was really convenient! Easy to get to from London Euston. Was noisy outside as we were on first floor on the main road but we all slept ok. Would recommend. Grab rail in shower could be better placed as not easy to use when getting in and out of shower.
