Very spacious rooms. Be careful if you book a 3 bedroom or quadruple room! In this case the 3rd bed is a sofa bed which is not very comfortable and for the amount of money that you pay is not at all price performance. Breakfast is excellent. One more thing that was strange was the water temperature in the shower. It was warm and not until we made a complaint the last day it changed and was hot enough. Excellent location.
I truly fell in love with this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect - Victoria Station is just a short walk away, making everything incredibly convenient.nnThe staff were simply outstanding: consistently positive, helpful, professional, and always welcoming with a warm smile. One particularly thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply was the birthday card and treat waiting for me in my room - such a lovely and kind surprise.nnI would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. For me, it truly stands out as one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in.nnBreakfast was excellent - generous, varied, and delicious, offering everything from pastries and fresh fruit to fish and much more. A wonderful start to each day.
We just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. Hotel is immaculate, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has so much choice, fresh and always topped up. We were celebrating my daughters 18th Birthday during our stay and they gave her a gift and card in the room which was a very nice touch - thank you for an excellent stay!
Stayed in January with colleagues.nStarting with luggage storage, which was helpful as I was several hours before checking when visiting the office.nThe room was a decent size, clean and very comfortable. Amenities included shower gel, conditioner and body lotion.nnThe gym was well appointed and accessible in the basement via lift #1 only and 24/7 which is an excellent plus.nnBreakfast was provided just across the road and had a great selection of hot and cold food.nnI can’t comment on the service as other than check in, I didn’t speak to any staff.
Excellent hotel and location is perfect. 2 min walk from victora tube and station. Rooms are great and spacious. Air-conditioning works perfect. Staff are excellent over all its great. Only small downside breakfast was hectic and extremely busy however was just part of it
