The Hotel is situated on the seafront near to the Pier and within easy walking distance from the town centre. With it being an old building some parts need some TLC. I am not sure sure it is worth paying the price for a room upgrade for what you get. Most hotels I have stayed in provide shower gel and toiletries in the bathroom here you either take your own or they will sell you some. Breakfast was very good with a reasonable choice. Evening meal had a small choice of main courses which where ok but nothing special. Evening entertainment was better on some nights than others. Overall I would rather pay a bit extra and stay in a Coast & Country hotel which I think are far better than Bay Hotels.

All of the staff at the Bay Burlington Hotel were absolutely wonderful, unfailingly polite and accommodating; in particular a member catering staff by the name of A.J. was immensely friendly. The entertainment was brilliant, the comedian and singer Mark Snow was beyond expectations, leaving us all in fits of laughter, while still possessing an amazing vocal range when singing. The other entertainment provided by singer and comedian Steve Shappelle was a continuation of this high set standard, he played off wonderfully with the audiences' interaction, and carried an amazing voice when singing. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the hotel for anyone looking for a delightful getaway. Love from all the NHS staff.

Although the rooms where nice and the entertainment was not bad our dining experience need a lot to be decided.
