A beautiful grade 2 listed building in a great location. It could do with a lick off paint here and there, but our room was clean and comfortable and had a fabulous sea view. The host Bryan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we didn't make it easy with a late arrival and last minute extension of our stay - nothing was too much trouble. And the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Food & drinks: Fantastic breakfast
A family run B&B. Very welcoming host. A very nice nice breakfast cooked up by the lady of the house, with plenty of choice. Our room was basic but, clean with a comfortable bed. It's right by the sea-front with around a five minute walk to the pier. Parking is on-street: I found a space close by but, this can't be guaranteed. I will book there again.
Excellent stay. Lovely room,friendly host,great breakfast. I'd recommend the room with the balcony as it's lovely waking up to the sea view. We would stay again. Parking was quite easy for us,it's free but it's a bit of pot luck finding a space.
This place was recommended by a friend of mines parent's who live in Eastbourne and knew they were Pet friendly. Managed to book a room for 3 nights and were pleased with our room. Clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. Great ensuite with a nice bath. Brilliant location and walking distance to the centre of town and shops and No worries about parking as you can park righ outside. Husband had the breakfast and had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again
Brian was very helpful and friendly, great location with comfy beds and lovely breakfast. Brian recommended a very good restaurant and helped us book the table for 6 of us. Definitely recommend the sea view for location and ease to explore the town of Eastbourne. Very happy with our stay.
It is an ok place. We stayed here the first night in the UK and did not really know what to expect. After three weeks of B&Bs, I would say it is an OK place. The room was extremely small we have seen smaller ones, however and the breakfast was ok we have eaten worse. The location is an area of town that I find a bit “rough”, but also directly at the promenade. So it is kind of mixed feelings here. The building itself is also a bit - I would not say “run down” - but you see it’s age, not in a positive way. Parking can get annoying, because you have to find a spot on the street. It is possible, but once you find it, don’t give it up ;- The owner is really nice and chatty.
Lovely hotel and very friendly host. We love our room which had a balcony and seaview. The only thing we are disappointed about is not being able to stay a bit longer to enjoy it. We'll definitely return again.
Good seaviews. Lovely host and great breakfast. Good location to the seafront, kid and dog friendly. Only negative is lack of parking.Rooms: 4/5

The hotel itself is not bad and is located next to the sea, but it was cold in the room, especially in the bathroom! the room stank of dog s*** Really hard to find free parking,i won't recomment Easbourne
