We had a great stay. Peaceful and clean hotel. Lounge areas with art gallery are a nice touch. We booked a small double room. It was clean, compact, comfortable and well equipped. We paid for the optional breakfast at £6.95. Great value for cooked items including full English.
Stayed the weekend from 2nd to the 3rd March . One of the best hotels ever we have stayed in. The rooms are good and the breakfast excellent . The staff are so very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Price for a weekend was good as well. Food & drinks: Would thoroughly recommend the breakfast. Freshly cooked and staff friendly.
I can't say enough nice things about the Da Vinci Hotel in Eastbourne. The staff are very kind, and incredibly accommodating. They also seem to retain the same staff, which speaks volumes about how a place is run. The rooms are simple, but always clean and thoughtfully laid out. All throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, are pieces of original art, as well as prints from well-known artists, and a little blurb about the artist. A very nice touch indeed. If you have a car, they can provide a parking pass for street parking right outside the hotel. Everything about this lovely little hotel is done well, and with the idea of giving the visitor the best stay possible. I recommend it very highly, and we will continue coming back every time we are in Eastbourne.
Second time we have stayed at this Boutique Hotel... situated in a lovely part of Eastbourne and close to seafront and shops...the staff are very welcoming and helpful....room airy and clean with coffee/tea making facilities...the breakfast is amazing and beautifully cooked.Hotel highlightsQuiet, Great value
The room was bright and clean. The hotel itself is located very close to the beach - just cross the road and you’re there to enjoy walks or sunbathing weather permitting. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. Very good breakfast vegetarian cooked and served by a chef who made the breakfast time a truly enjoyable experience. Rooms: Bright and clean Nearby activities: Visit the pier, take a walk to Beachy Head Walkability: Very close to sea front.
I highly recommend this hotel. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. There was some confusion regarding the room we requested when booking but this was solved immediately by the staff. They really were excellent and added to the great weekend we had. Compliments also to the chef who cooked us breakfast and was extremely friendly. It was a joy to stay here and we will be back. We had our 4 year old daughter with us and she was made to feel like royalty. Thank You.
A great B&B style Hotel. Small compact rooms that are clean and fresh. Good location on the front. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great full English breakfast but that's it for the menu no vegi options. A nice stay and and I would return.Rooms: 4/5
I would say the hotel room was old and needed renovation. I paid £260 for a double room, 3 nights. I believe this is overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and bathroom were clean. The place felt safe. The sound insulation was terrible. The location was great close to the city center and the sea.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean .Hotel really close to the seafront. Loved the unique art prints placed all over the place. Coffee and tea makings was also a plus as was free parking. Did not like the toilet flushing as the tank was not refilling promptly, WiFi poor and bathroom water pressure was low.
I love this hotel. It's quite small and intimate. The rooms are all fab. Art everywhere. Comfort and pleasure. Walkability: It is located in a great place. Near to both beach and theatres, restaurants and shops
