The Arden is an excellent hotel to relax and unwind in. On arrival you will find a friendly and welcoming greeting that continued throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the breakfast is excellent. You are also only a two minute walk from the seafront. I would highly recommend staying here if you choose to visit Eastbourne.
Lovely b&b - both hosts were so welcoming on arrival. We got there very late due to an accident on the motorway and they waited up for us to ensure we got there safely. we brought our little pooch with us- it's pet friendly and the rooms were small but very comfortable. 2 minutes walking distance to the seaside and your surrounded by everything therefore location was great. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options to choose from and hot drinks. Dvds you can borrow from the lounge area to watch in your room - it was most certainly a lovely stay. The only downfall is the bathrooms are small with a shower which made it difficult. It didn't affect our stay though! The bnb is very clean too! I would recommend and return. :
Stayed here for two nights. Lovely clean room, great choice of breakfast . Ideal for town and beach. Could do with a bigger TV in room apart from that the only other gripe was the fact we were out the back and as it was hot we had the windows open and all night all you could hear was seagulls! Don't know if they were feeding out of bins or what but the noise was terrible, then as you managed to nod off the builders turn up in the hotel opposite at 7am throwing scaffold boards about ! Not going to reduce star rating for this because obviously if it wasn't so hot we could have closed the window.
Lovely stay, beautiful place. Arden is a super place to stay in Eastbourne. The house is near the seafront and the pier - I couldn’t hope for a better option for our first time here. Tracy is so lovely and welcoming! Always available. No wonder why all the rooms were booked when we arrived. Oh by the way if you wish to come with your dogs know that they are accepted in 3 of their rooms and at no extra charge! How amazing is that? ; I highly recommend this place.
Tracey and Ray are wonderful hosts. Traveling with our two children, they went out of their way to make it for us as comfortable as possible. A quiet, neat and affordable b&b wit everything you need. In the morning we could pick our own breakfast and the highchair was ready for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.Rooms: 5/5
Had a lovely stay at the Arden Hotel on the 21st September 2017. the owners were lovely and friendly and provided us with extra glasses for wine we had bought our selves and provided a lovely vegan cooked breakfast , we had a king size room at the top of the house . Nice and warm and well equipped. And only a few steps to the seafront and theatres. Beautiful house , lovely seeing all he flowers out side.
We stayed for three nights at the Arden , and had a very enjoyable stay there. Very frendly and obliging, we'll presented rooms, the breakfast were very good, and the Arden was very conveniently located for the promonard , restaurants and railway station. I stayed with my wife and two children in the family room , which was effectively two rooms together, which gave the children there own space and us.
Stayed here over bank holiday weekend for 3 nights amazing hotel Pet friendly .. great food ... Couldn't wish for more helpful, welcoming, friendly fantastic owner's. Whole hotel rooms etc very clean and tidy. A highley recommended place to stay. A very very short walk away from sea front. Parking scheme for guests. Free wifi .I will be returning and recommending to friends, family and colleagues if they pass through or stay at eastbourne.

It’s like meeting really nice people and staying in their house.The owners run a great establishment,with clean and comfortable rooms and a cracking breakfast to start the day.If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in a really nice spot,that’s a minute from the seafront then check this out.Rooms: 5/5
