Just back from 5 day coach holiday staying at Haddon Hall. The food and service was exceptional. A special mention to Ivana in the restaurant, she is so hard working, friendly and efficient. Our bedroom needed a lot of upgrading but was was clean. The communal rooms look like they have been refurbished in recent times and are lovely. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable. We had a really good stay. Thank you all
Just had a brilliant weekend in Hadden Hall. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very keen and food was excellent. The entertainment was brilliant especially Mike Rooms: Very clean and comfortable Walkability: Mostly on the flat Food & drinks: Excellent
Nice enough hotel. Water pressure a bit low at busy times. Restaurant staff were quick efficient and polite. Hotel was full to capacity at the time we were there which in itself is a recommendation.Rooms: 4/5

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Food was really good considering the large numbers catered for. Service was excellent. Entertainment every night and half price drinks after 8pm to 11pm.Rooms: 4/5
Great location, across from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town, we have stayed in this hotel a few times and have always had a great experience, rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful and the food has always been fantastic, thank you to all the wonderful staff and entertainment, I'm sure we will be back for our annual turkey and tinsel
Staff are friendly and polite. Food is excellent. Right on seafront. Rooms are basic but who spends that much time in the room, other than sleeping? Would definitely go again.Rooms: 2/5

The Haddon Hall is perfectly situated close to the breathtaking seafront of Eastbourne It's a lovely piece of paradise here without going abroad. The staff are very friendly and attentive. You are greeted upon arrival and your luggage taken to your room. The hotel is old and the age of the building shows, however, the rooms are tastefully decorated with all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay The menu changes daily and has great choices, the portions are generous and they cater for dietary requirements if you let them know in advance. There is nightly bingo and a variety of entertainment. You can't go far wrong if you stay here. The team are amazing and do their best to help you have a great time. The staff work tirelessly and give 100% effort in meeting the guests needs. My 4th visit within 1 year and I've already booked to return. I also know many others that have stayed multiple times.
