Wonderful! The hotel is elegant and grand and makes you feel welcome as soon as you step inside. The staff are warm and friendly and always willing to help. The food was top notch and the service in the restaurant is exemplary. Overall, stunning setting and a lovely break made all the better by Eastbourne itself.

Lovely old hotel in a prime position. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was excellent with a choice at each meal. Rooms warm clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I was on floor 5, very quiet place, 2 lifts so no issues for wheelchairs, towels and rooms tidied daily. Mainly for elderly but no problem for younger people. Food is good, breakfast and staff very helpful.

Lovely place, great staff, large rooms, decent food. Very clean through out. Good evening entertainment.

Second time here, parking is free and never a problem, very friendly service /staff, with brilliant views of the pier and easy walking to the town centre.
