Unhappy with many aspects. Room was not clean from previous guests. Shower did not work properly. No hair dryer. Bed too soft. For nearly £90 per night unacceptable! Would never stay again. The breakfast was about all I found okay

Absolutely perfect in every way! They think of everything - and more! Beautifully quiet, private parking, large comfortable room, gorgeous breakfast, lots of little extras. This will be first choice for future trips top Eastbourne.

Very nice hotel, close to see front, free parking and they also let you carry on parking after check out. Rooms were very comfortable, very comfortable beds. Breakfast had a nice selection of cereals and cooked breakfast. Even offer vegan and gluten free pancakes. So plenty to chose from. Have a lift to floors if you have a heavy bag which is handy. All over a good BnB.

What a difference 12 months make, stayed here last year andl it could not have been much better. This year a completely different story. We arrived after a substantial journey, as we were a little early for check in, found somewhere for lunch and returned shortly after 3, only to find that they had cancelled our booking, despite my partner booking it direct at their request ( presumably to avoid paying a booking fee). Conveniently no paper trace available due to a new diary system. No apology, no assistance to find alternative accommodation and a complete lack of interest. It will be a cold day in hell before we consider staying here again.

Lovely stay, staff very pleasant, my wife is gluten free and was catered for really well. Excellent service.
