Good value for money. I stayed in a single person room for a night. It had everything I'd expected from a room for the price. Few things to note - it's not good sound proofing, you might hear people walking during quiet hours. You'll be asked to be pay a £100 deposit during check-in.
Average sized guest house the rooms are clean and comfortable. No breakfast available due to electrical problems, it should be restored next year no lifts so not entirely disabled friendly.Rooms: 3/5
I was warmly welcomed on arrival. Although my room was at the top of the house - many many stairs it was well furnished, contemporary decor, bathroom clean. The basement breakfast room is very smart. Clean tidy with linen tableware and napkins and an excellent breakfast choice. I recommend this B&B for anyone visiting Eastbourne.
Nice location, near the sea front and not far from town centre. All walking distance. Rooms good value, clean tidy and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. A little strict on hours for check-in and only an hour slot for available for breakfast 8.30am-9.30am, but overall staff are friendly and welcoming and perfect for an overnight stay. Thanks!
This hotel was booked for a one night stay at the end of November. The staff were really welcoming and offered excellent hospitality. I unfortunately missed out on breakfast but my friend staying with me said it was amazing. I would highly recommend this novel to anyone looking for a shirt stay in Eastbourne. The only downside is there is no lift so if you can't handle you many stairs I'd suggest requesting a ground floor room
Room 8 is small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Bathroom clean and modern and nice big towels. Breakfast is excellent, everything you could want and the seafront just 50 meters away. All in all very good value for money.
You get what you pay for. Probably the worst hotel I have almost stayed in, I left shortly after check in. Booked a late check in, then staff member was rude when I arrived. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the room. I guess it was the last one they had. Dirty,smelly carpet and the doors didn’t even close properly. Would give zero stars if I could. Other reviews must be fake.
Such pleasant time. .Daniel made us so welcome. .The breakfast room is so lovely and the food very yummy. .served with a smile. .found the little touches so nice. .chrome cafetier smart and real butter with granary toast. .fantastic value
Great hostess in Joy. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast choice was perfect and our waiter was excellent. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely beautiful b&b. Friendly staff clean throughout, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and freshly made to order! Definitely recommend this b&b.
