Story

When you stay beside the sea, isn’t it great to have a balcony, your own private little space, where you can just kick back and relax and look out at the view? Well, that’s what sets us apart. We’re the only hotel on the seafront that can offer that from every one of the rooms on the front of our hotel, it’s true!

A great stay at a hotel doesn’t just come from a pretty view. Staying with us, whether it’s for a break at the seaside or a convenient place to stay while travelling on business, means that you will be well looked after and have everything you could possibly want.

Very accommodating. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean. Within walking distance of several other dining options. The front desk folks are very accommodating if you have a question.nnI’d stay here again if I was in the area.
Very friendly, comfortable and warm hotel, yet it is very modern with good facilities. Nice and clean, good room service and helpful smiling staff.nGood selection of food on their menu for most tastes.nThe best thing for me was their big thick soft fluffy towels and the big soft duvet!!nThe views are the best you can have anywhere in Eastbourne of the sea, from Hastings in the east to the downs in the west.nTry it, you are sure to want to come back againnSam
My daughter had won a voucher for afternoon tea so she invited me along with her.nWe had a warm welcome and a very tasty selection of sandwiches, scones and cake. We were well looked after and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.nAs the name suggests, a lovely view out onto the seafront and sea beyond.nWould definitely come again, I imagine it’s even better in the Summer time.
The only reason there are a couple of 4 stars and not 5 in my review is because of the ridiculous heat in the bedroom. Mid December, windows wide open and still far to hot and no way of turning it down or off. Really does need looking at. We had food in the restaurant that was well presented and very tasty, good value for money. Will definitely use again.
We had an amazing room. 2 doors that lead onto balconies with great views out to sea. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar area was lovely and served food. The drinks were reasonably priced. The breakfast was amazing. Loads of choice. They provided gluten-free bread for my daughter, as well as gluten-free cereals and oat and almond milk. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms were spotless.
