It's a Car Park. It did what it promised in It's title. Felt safe, was clean. It's a shame the lifts weren't working on the daynso many of us were in Eastbourne to watch the tennis but these things happen. The location was handy.

1.9m height restriction that wasn’t clear enough before turning in. There’s no height bar until you have your ticket and drive round the corner. I can see now there’s signs on posts at the sides but I didn’t see this at all looks like it’s just a warning about the posts from street view, I was looking for height info but the typical place would be a height bar overhead. My van caught the height barrier then I had to turn it around in the tight ground level. Very stressful experience.
Spacious bays, lift was out of order when went here which means stairs needed to used. It's not good if you can not walk very well, also this car park is card only and you pay on exit.
Not very secure car park. At least one car was broken into whilst we stayed there. As it’s a 24 hour car park, it’s subject to anti-social behaviour and car break-ins. Stairwells were urine soaked. Rubbish, plastic bags and Vodka bottles etc. dumped in several place. At least one car left overnight was broken into just a few spaces down from our car on the 5th floor. If staying overnight, please don’t leave anything on display in your car.
