Wonderful hotel outside the busy of central London, but close enough to walk to a lot of the major attractions or find a local tube. Staff were extremely friendly throughout the whole stay. This is our second time staying here and would def come back. Decent gym on top floor with some dumbbells and cardio machines. Breakfast was good, with several options. Starbucks attached to the lobby. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room fresh. Thank you.
We stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster shortly after the hotel was taken over, and our experience was excellent.nnThe location is absolutely outstanding – perfect for exploring London, with many major sights within walking distance. The breakfast was very delicious and well organized. Fresh omelets are prepared in front of you, and the selection offers everything you could possibly need to start the day.nnThe gym, although not huge, is very well designed. It is spread over two floors and offers everything needed for a solid workout in a pleasant atmosphere.nnThe rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We arrived quite early around 10:40–10:45 a.m., and our rooms were already ready, which was a big plus and very much appreciated.nnWe initially had a small issue with our room, but it was handled immediately and very professionally. The staff helped us right away and arranged new rooms without any complications. The service was friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented throughout our stay.nnOverall, a great hotel with excellent service, top location, and high comfort. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
We stayed a week with my wife and two kids 15&11 at this hotel that included the Christmas holiday. The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was great. The bar was great. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was good. Location is quiet but close to the main tractions and tube station. I would recommend this to anybody visiting London.
We just returned from a week stay at the hotel while on our first trip to London. The trip was fantastic and the hotel played a big part in that. From our arrival, the front desk staff and concierge made us feel right at home. We arrived a bit later in the evening and were looking for some dinner which the concierge desk was able to help with pointed us to The White Swan which is a great local pub.nnThe hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious enough for what we needed, which was a place to sleep and get ready for each day. We wound up back at the hotel bar each night for a drink and the service there excellent. I want to specifically give a shout out to one of our servers in the bar, George L. His hospitality and warmth was first class and he always went above and beyond for anything we needed.nnWe would highly recommend this hotel based on the staff, the location and facility itself. Thank you to all the staff.
My wife and I stayed here over New Year's 2025/26. It's a fantastic hotel, admittedly very expensive – it belongs to the Hilton group – but you can expect a lot for that price and you won't be disappointed. The hotel's location is superb, a 5-10 minute walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey – and it has good transport links we traveled by Tube. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, offering not only classic British breakfast fare but also other popular dishes. The rooms are superbly equipped, the staff are very polite and accommodating, and we felt very welcome and treated with great care and attention in every respect.
