I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so great that I felt I had to share it. London was the last stop of our European trip after visiting three other countries, and because of our schedule, we booked this hotel at the very last minute.nnFrom the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Selin at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had two separate reservations, she went out of her way to email her manager, Sophie, to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that we wouldn’t have to move rooms after our first reservation ended.nnThe next morning, we met Sophie, and she was just as amazing. She personally took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable.nnThe location of this hotel is perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly and the cleaning team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh every day. Having a washer and dishwasher and fridge in the suite was a huge bonus after traveling for almost a month!nnWe also arrived during the European heat wave, and the hotel provided plenty of bottled water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated.nnA big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The suite room with the riverside balcony was excellent- spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing, making our trip even more special.nnA special thank you to Paris in the restaurant, who was so welcoming and genuinely lovely. They made us feel at home and provided fantastic service.nnWe’d also like to thank Wilson, who kindly helped us with our many bags. His assistance was greatly appreciated and made leaving much easier.nnThe staff were friendly, attentive, and helped make our stay a memorable one. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
From the moment we arrived at 1pm our experience was exceptional. We completed our pre-check-in and left our luggage with Danis, who was very helpful and welcoming.nWhen we returned later to officially check in, we were greeted by Viduni, who truly made our stay memorable. She was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. As we were visiting to celebrate my parents' 25th Wedding Anniversary, she took the time to help us plan our itinerary and recommended places to visit, making our trip even more special.nTo our delight, the hotel upgraded our room and surprised us with a beautiful fruit platter, a bottle of red wine, and a thoughtful handwritten card from the team waiting in our room. These personal touches meant so much to us and made the celebration feel truly special.What stood out most was Viduni's genuine care and attention throughout our stay. She consistently checked in on us, ensuring everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest service are a true credit to the hotel. Thank you to Viduni, Danis, and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience for my parents' anniversary celebration. The hotel was very busy on my arrival so my foom wasn't ready. The staff was accommodating and stored my bags while the room was being cleaned. A few hours later, it was cleaned and ready for me to occupy. There was a strong smell of cleaning solution and the previous guests used towels were still in the bathroom. The hotel was a 30 minutes walk from some of the major attractions which was nice. It's a modern hotel and I would describe it as having a futuristic vibe. I didn't have any issues aside from the towels.
The hotel has an absolutely incredible view. Our room overlooked the River Thames, giving us a perfect view of Big Ben. The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive.nnUnfortunately, the room cleaning left a lot to be desired. We found out that housekeeping only cleaned the room if it was specifically requested at the front desk, because on our first day we returned to find the room exactly as we had left it. Even after requesting housekeeping, it seemed that they only made the bed and changed the towels, while everything else remained untouched. There was visible dust on both the floor and the furniture, and we had to specifically ask for the room to be vacuumed. For a four-star hotel, this is simply unacceptable.nnThe breakfast was good, but nothing exceptional. Some items took a while to be replenished.nnWe also noticed several guests handling the food with their bare hands while serving themselves. Although it should be common sense not to do this, the hotel might consider placing signs reminding guests to use the serving utensils instead of touching the food directly, as this could contaminate food that other guests will eat.
