I recently had the pleasure of staying at this premier hotel in Hammersmith, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which truly enhanced my stay. While the room was somewhat traditional in style, it was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were also a standout, featuring a wide variety of delicious choices. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an enjoyable and convenient stay!

We had a lovely stay at this premier in. Very clean, they was very helpful, polite and it was very clean. Next visit in London, we will be staying there. Brilliant for the tubes, 5 mins walk. Thank you for making our stay, pleasurable. We had a great time.

Amazingly helpful and courteous staff. Special thanks to Ulando who assisted with printing some important documents in preparation for a meeting. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fresh, hot and well presented. Very happy and will stay again.
