Lovely new hotel, we had a very warm welcome. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean, no fridge however which was disappointing.nNo parking so we parked at the Novotel opposite, cost £57 for 12 hours , there was cheaper parking round the corner at St Augustine Church £35 for 24 hours but there were no spaces, you need to book in advance.nHotel was a 10 min walk to the nearest tube station, so a good location and lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Perfect stay for our family of four. The room was ideal, with comfortable beds. Staff very helpful, and breakfast was decent and hassle free. The location of this is close to both Hammersmith and Baron’s Court tube stations so District and Piccadilly lines making it easy to get in and out of the city and to museums. There’s also a well stocked M&S petrol station next door in case you need supplies. It’s also possible to leave luggage with the front desk.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Gowrri Potlacheruvu, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made a lasting impression. From check-in to departure, he ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and well taken care of.nnGowrri was attentive, approachable, and proactive in addressing every detail, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout. His clear communication, calm demeanor, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out.nnIt is rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such kindness and dedication. His exceptional service elevated my overall experience, and I am truly grateful for his support. I would highly commend Mr. Gowrri Potlacheruvu for his outstanding professionalism and the care he extends to every guest

I’ve booked a 5 night stay to facilitate a full time intensive training course.nnWhen I arrived the first room had a defective tv and faulty fan. Some of the channels didn’t work and the screen resolution on the others was very poor. To the extent the tv was unwatchable. I asked for another room and the team member at reception told me “There are only 3 working channels in the entire hotel, everything is the same. No special channels” I asserted again as above, letting him know it is not standard in a premier inn to have a malfunctioning tv.nnHe gave me a second room. This I discovered had poop and urine in the toilet bowl, several pubic hairs on the bathroom wall and dirty pillow case. The shower holder is also broken and will not hold up. I’ve taken photos with my phone which are time and date stamped should you need to verify. I’ve also had to use the shower instead of the toilet to pee because it wasn’t clean and I have concerns about using it until it is properly cleaned!!nnI am unable to find other accommodation for my course this week. I am asking head office liaise with management here to place me in a fully functional clean room. Quiet position. IE away from elevator and traffic/train noise. I am also rightfully engaging the good night guarantee. What I have experienced so far is an unacceptable standard.nnAlso to add there was only 1 normal towel + 1 small in the room. Overall the room hasn’t been properly cleaned, serviced or maintained.nn* Not included personal info here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease.nnThe room was spotless, modern, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and high-quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness.
