The booking was very smooth and efficient. Friendly member of staff. Check was great and very professional. The room was very clean tidy and maintained. However, there was a strange smell coming from somewhere which was not nice. I made a comment but nothing was done and disappointed with the action from the staff. The restaurant was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Overall stay was okay apart the smelly room

Never would stay here. Great if your on a hen night or bachelors but other than that.. its not good at all. Its just cheap My initial panic came when i saw the bottom of the door with teeth marks! Meh cheap but not very cheerful. Staff were nice

Hotel is within Walking distance to main areas in Newcastle. Clean room. Friendly Staff. Food in restaurant was served promptly and edible. Subway / Tescos are within walking distance for fussy people. Plenty of taxis abound all of whom were friendly/ knowledgeable and £6 into town approx. 2 night stay with relatively no bother from the many Stag and Hen groups. How can you not expect noise ? If its silence you're after may i suggest a monastery!! I'd stay again and I'd recommend obviously depending on relative price per stay.

Very quiet, but bed very small and creaky. Stubbed toe several times on wheels sticking out of the bed. Shower good but worried the "wet room" bathroom may leak.

Excellent location if seeing something at the Sage and really close to the keyside as well. Room was clean and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and overall excelle t value for money.
