Located close to the center of Newcastle. Everything you need like food and entertainment is at walking distance. It is also close to the metro station so it is possible to go to further distances rather easily. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The facilities are fine and the rooms include air conditioning. It is possible to have breakfast at the hotel but you can also eat in the city.

The location of the hotel was rather central and very near places of interest such as the newcastle castle and about 15-20mins walk away from St. James' Park stadium. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable to stay in as well. The desk service was very helpful and quick in checking us in and out.

Usually great here, but a couple of problems this time. Firstly, tired after a long day, I checked in and went up to the third floor only to find that neither card worked. So back down and after a swift reply recode of the cards I managed to get into my room. I then noticed a loud noise which was linked to the A/C so had to turn that off. Couldn't be moved to another room as fully booked. A minor inconvenience as opposed to a real problem. Staff were pleasant as usual and the breakfast was good for this type of budget/business hotel.

Nice bright and clean spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Good hearty breakfast. The hotel is in a good central location. Very quiet at night with no traffic or train noise or indeed noise from the adjoining rooms to hamper your sleep.

Helpful and polite staff. A reasonable good range of drinks available. Bed very good. Wet room bathroom (so got all the floor wet after a shower but dried in good time). We had a back facing room so could hear the trains starting at 6am (not that that is a bad thing). Mugs in the room for me morning coffee.
