A great stay for the price! The rooms were simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable. I slept well both nights—the beds were cozy, and the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also paid for WiFi as I was working remotely for a day, and it was excellent—fast and reliable with no issues. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay
Great location, good service, pleasant and helpful hotel staff. Breakfast was good. The food was hot and tasty.nNot happy with the rooms, which are old and not equipped well. First we found no kettle in the room only cups, tea, coffee and milk which was good. Told the staff about the missing kettle, were given a new one that appeared to be broken. The brand new kettle was leaking.nThe car park was a huge disappointment. Too narrow to get to the next level of the parking, nearly scratch our car. Be careful with the parking there.
Really great staff, I brought my dog and we were both made very welcome, one lady from the hotel even spoiled Luna our GSD with sausages daily! Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean ..Only minor niggle was only 2 wall sockets room 50 and a lack of tea bags in the room, but they were readily available in the cafe/bar area by reception. It is an uphill walk to town but downhill and only a few minutes to the quayside! probably takes 10 minutes to reach the shops or train station depending how fast you walk ..Recommend this Travelodge :
I had a pleasant stay here, the staff were welcoming, although you cannot check in before 2:30 with paying an early check-in fee. The bar is only open after 5pm. The room was nice and clean, I had a good night's sleep and a nice shower before leaving. I did not try the breakfast as I had to be elsewhere.
