Excellent hotels, really love the apart-hotel idea. Amazing beds, rooms are lovely, staff are brilliant. Literally couldn't recommend it enough. If you go and think you'll go again use the royalty rewards thing.

This hotel is stunning. I was impressed with how large the rooms were, especially compared to Roomzzz Nottingham (where I have previously stayed). I had a my bed on one side, with a partition separating the rest of the room, which included two armchairs, a kitchen, a TV and more! WiFi was also very fast which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Roomzzz if you are in Newcastle.

Worst nights sleep, slept in the room downstairs on ground floor. All we heard was noise above us, because the reception was dirtecrly above, was like a stampede til atleast 12pm at night and then continued at 6am in the morning. One of the knives in our room, the handle was broken. Which is a big health and safety considering it was one of the biggest and sharpest knives. Overall, the room was nice, but me and my girlfriend will not be returning. Better to pay more money and get nicer treatment and a better nights sleep from other hotel establishments.
