Great hotel experience from arrival to departure, always a friendly face and was very clean throughout. The rooms are great, spacious and come with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay again. Jenny's smile was infectious!
the hotel is well located, a short walk from the town center.nthe rooms have all you could need for short or long stays.nthe only thing that let our stay done was the cleanliness of our room, make on the bedding, excessive amount of fluff and dust on the carpet and dog hair on all the living room furniture.nwould recommend if they could get this right but not by my experience.
Beautiful hotel very welcoming and friendly staff nothing to much trouble for them always happy to help with good information and knowledge. Beautiful room excellent facilities and amazing beds slept really well. Lovely breakfast and nice to have coffee and tea available anytime Day or night
My family and I stayed in Staybridge Suites for 5 nights on our visit to Newcastle recently. The location is 10 minutes walk from city center. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the essential amenities. The breakfast served at the cafe is basic and needs to be improved. Didn’t like the fact that my bathroom garbage bin was not changed for 4 days, even after mentioning about it. Apart from that everything else was alright.
Really great stay - lovely modern and clean rooms, nice breakfast only addition could be some vegetarian sausages and best of all, super friendly staff that create a lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back
