I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience was delightful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Sophie warmly welcomed us with a smile and made the check-in process quick and seamless. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional service set the tone for the rest of our stay.nThe location of the hotel is fantastic—convenient, accessible, and close to everything we needed. Whether it was dining, shopping, or exploring nearby attractions, we appreciated the ease of getting around.nThe hotel rooms were another highlight. Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, they provided the perfect space to unwind after a busy day.nAll in all, this hotel ticks the right boxes: great service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations. With such welcoming staff and attention to detail, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Needed a reasonably cheap last minute room as flight home cancelled. This did not disappoint. Super comfortable bed and lovely linen, towels and hand wash, shower gel. Room clean and quiet. Lovely friendly staff. Only thing missing was a glass or two for a drink in the room.nHandy to walk down to the river and close to railway, bars and restaurants.
I wanted to take a moment to commend the receptionist Mohammed Akib for his exceptional service last weekend. He was incredibly helpful, always approachable, and made sure to address all my needs with a friendly and respectful attitude. His professionalism and kind demeanour truly made my experience much more pleasant, and I appreciate his efforts in making sure everything went smoothly.
Very nice location, close to all the nice spots such as Tyne bridge, Quayside, city centre, train stations etc. Room has all the basics u need and was clean, but the toilet was cold. Service was top, especially front desk staff Alvaro was super helpful throughout our stay here.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 times and the most recent one is the worst. Not only the staff couldn't spot a guest threw up in the lift until I remind them at the reception, the room isn't maintained properly.n1 The air-conditioner has some mould/dust. If you're allergic, good luck with your sleep which I had a poor sleep.n2 Springs on the bed are bad. It no longer supports your back and you feel you might have fallen off from the bed because it felt like you are sleeping on a slope.n3 The control of the air-conditioner is completely useless. It can turn on by itself even if you turned it off. The instructions didn't tell what exactly the words/symbols shown on the control were aboutn4 No chair even if there's a table.nnJust go there if you're on a budget and need a location that's close enough to the city centre.
