The only good thing I have to say about it was the location,  staff were either rude or non existent, room was absolutely AWFUL, Booked months in advance for what was supposed to be a lovely break, only to be put in a room that was awful. We were meant to stay 2 nights, but due to a family emergency only stayed 1 night and had to leave, no staff to speak to and then when we finally spoke to someone on the phone she was as rude as anything.  3rd time staying there, unlikely to be a 4th.

Rooms a bit dated but fabulous view and clean and decent.nStaff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and very friendly. Even set up a birthday table for me to open my birthday presents with family this morning. Stayed in way more expensive all over the UK and premier inn always has the best standard and nicest staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here MANY times before.nIt is always such a lovely place to return to.nThe rooms are always clean, tidy, warm and cosy.nWe really enjoy returning here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we even managed to extend our stay by one night without having to change rooms which was brilliant.nLovely breakfast and I recommend their evening meals too.

Extremely dated and unclean.nRoom had a very foisty smell to it. Bathroom had black mould everywhere and one towel had what I hope was make up on it. Bork.nStayed 1 night. Arrived at the hotel approx 4.15pm dropped bags and went out returning at 9.00pm to sleep and then left the room at 7.15am for breakfast and to check out. Within this time my 2 year old daughter has had bed bug bites. The location of this hotel is perfect but it needs an extreme clean and then a make over.

Originally stayed here about 15 years ago when it was still new. Unfortunately, it seems it's way overdue a complete refurbishment now. The room and bathroom looked very tired. The hearing didn't work for us, and the extraction system in the bathroom didn't appear to do anything. On the positive side, the bed, as usual, was comfy, we had a friendly greeting when checking in, and location is excellent. We arrived late so all the parking was taken so we had to use the nearby multi-storey car park which is about a 5 minute walk but worked out cheaper.
