For being a 'quiet zone' it really wasn't that quiet. From noisy cleaners in the morning to our room shaking from the couple next door and the people above. It's also quite dear for being a 3 star hotel. However, the facilities were good, (amazing beds and pillows!), the staff were lovely, and it was really handy to the venue we were attending. Considering that the takeaways around here aren't great and have a poor variety, it might be nice if the hotel offered late night food. Would stay here again simply for handiness.

Stayed here for one night. Bugger to get to even with sat nav from other side of river.. Parking is very limited underneath the structure and you must reserve a space early if you are wanting one for £7 a night. I have rump stale and was cooked exactly how I ask it to be. The beds are always the same so you know you will have a good night. I have taken pics of the menus and room literature for anyone who wants to view.

The hotel somewhat dilapidated and was a very poor setup because it's such an old building. There's very few parking spaces if you're staying more than just one late evening and the entire building is very old and really needs a lot of work. Buy Premier Inn standards it is very poor. I would recommend paying the extra to stay at the Crowne Plaza down the road because it is a much much better experience. To clarify the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly and it is down to Premier Inn as a company that ensure this hotel is not a good experience
