Good sized and clean room. Enough cupboard space. Clean towels. The main lighting in the room was a bit dull though. It’s got an elevator. Breakfast was self service and was good. Polite and friendly staff. Good location, not too far from the station. I’ll recommend a stay here.
Decent sized room, had alot of space clean towels and was clothes. The staff was really friendly attentive and helpful £90 for 1 night so i guess it was ok for the price. Room was clean and so was the bed. I didnt feel like i was sleeping dirty sheets or a dirty bed. Great location for night life bars and restaurants all around. And the all you can eat breakfast is well worth the money.
You get what you pay for. The room seemed clean enough for the night, a little bit of mould in the bathroom. The service was GREAT! Everyone working was super friendly and helpful. The 2 for £8 happy hour cocktails were great and it was a beautiful view. The location was nice. You have to walk up a big hill to the city center, so be prepared for that. We were able to get parking, but arrived around 11am, and just left the car and came back for check-in after 4. They were happy for us to do this.
Great central location and easy to get to most places even Ubers are in the area ready to get you were you need to go. Stand out service from Morgan, right there speedy service and fantastic manners, top class! Thanks to all the other staff here too you make the stay away from home brilliant.
Stayed here for 1 night with my 2 daughters as went to the theatre as a birthday treat. The location was perfect for this. Room was a good size for us all, it was lovely and clean with everything we needed. When we arrived it was very busy with a large group booking but the 2 guys on the desk dealt with it very well. We booked a table for the restaurant and when we went down to eat we found the 2 same guys working the restaurant as well. Service with a smile nothing was a bother for them Paul & Morgan you are a credit to your team!
