What a lovely place! I came here by surprise. My husband prepared me a baby moon and I didn’t know how perfect would be. Selina was lovely, attentive, caring every single detail and always smiling. The room was spotless and the domestic service lady super friendly as well. Breakfast was included and was delicious and full of variety. Lots of nice place to eat and longs walks available nearby. Parking on the street for 2£ per day. I am expecting a baby in around 3 weeks and we will definitely back to enjoy this lovely hotel in the near future. Thank you Selina for making our stay unforgettable.
This was absolute perfection. Selena is a warm, welcoming host. The room was clean, charming and cleverly accommodating down to every last detail. From the incredible view to the darling stickers on the toilet paper. Breakfast was superb. The entire accommodation will be a lasting memory tucked into our lifetime. Thank you Selena for making this last minute booking such a lovely experience! Rooms: Perfect size for a small family. Walkability: Lovely location close to shops and restaurants. Noteworthy details: Selena, our host, was more than accommodation and was always making sure we were taken care of.
We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Front Hotel! Really warm welcome and such a friendly team. We stayed in the sea view room 4 which did not disappoint. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was on the main seafront promenade. Super spacious and clean room. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast is alone well worth the stay. Great value for money! Highly recommended.
A gem of a place. Right on the beachfront. Parking on the street with a permit from the house for £2. Then, we upgraded to a Seaview room which was lovely with two big chairs to watch the sea. Plus, enough hangers. That's rare. Brilliant! Breakfast was lovely. Served by a wonderful lady. The hosts were fabulous too and gave us the impression that genuinely nothing was too much. One small wish, not a criticism, just small a wish: - Better shower in the room we stayed in. A bit 'dribbly'. We'll be back! Rooms: The seaview rooms are superb and well worth an upgrade.
Selina welcomed us in with a lovely smile. She explained everything we needed to know. We bought a permit for our stay and left our car. We met the other lovely staff and our morning waitress Karen. Breakfast was superb cooked by Selina. Room was lovely and quiet we both slept well. Whole place was very homely and spotless, the front room and front conservatory was a lovely place to sit with our coffee after breakfast. Selina and staff made us both feel relaxed and refreshed. Can't recommend this place enough. Easy walk from there into town and all along the seafront.
We had 2x rooms here 4x adult guests for one night with breakfast and were very impressed. A very good price and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious, we had a full English but there were many options available. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Always such a wonderful place to stay here at Beach Front Guest House. It’s location is perfect, a mere 10-20 minuete walk from the town centre. As mentioned in it’s name the hotel is situated right in front of the beach close enough where you can sit in the lounge area and still feel like ocean is at your toes and fingertips. Rooms are always satisfactory and well cleaned. Kris and Duncan really do make your stay pleasant. Breakfast always a 10/10 and filling. This guest house will remain my go to stay for as long I am able to travel to the beautiful and sunny coast of Eastbourne.
I had 3 nights, in the top floor sea view room and it was everything I needed and more! The room was clean, sanitized, fully equipped and very comfortable, with great views. Kris and Duncan are amazing hosts, friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was freshly cooked as it was ordered, hot and delicious. I’d recommend a stay here to anyone and it will be my ‘go to’ retreat for time out.
Stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip and loved it. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and modern, it made such a nice change from staying in impersonal hotel chains. Thoroughly recommend staying there
We absolutely loved staying at the beach front guest house. The sea view room was absolutely stunning! Perfect location, right next to the beach. Amazing breakfast! Duncan was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend booking a stay here if you’re visiting Eastbourne.Rooms: 5/5
