We went for a weekend to see family and were greeted with a pot of tea and our bags carried to our room. Everything was explained and the room was very clean with fresh shower gel and even dressing gowns. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room to make drinks and an excellent breakfast cooked to order. We cannot recommend this guest house highly enough

We had an excellent stay at the Albert and Victoria guest house last week. We were made very welcome by Nicci and Daventry. They were very helpful on the Saturday, accommodating an early light breakfast, enabling me to join in the Eastbourne parkrun. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast excellent. The guesthouse being near the seafront is great for a gentle walk at the end of the day. We would definitely stay at the guest house again.

This is a fantastic B&B, exceptionally nice hosts, comfortable and quiet rooms. There is a great breakfast and it is a short walk to the seafront.

Stayed at the A&V for a weekend break. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing and the owners Nicci and Dave were very welcoming. We shall definitely be returning later this year!

Lovely guesthouse 1 minute from the sea front. Run by lovely couple and the breakfasts were superb and worth the visit alone.
