Good location. A 20-minute bus ride to central London, and a 10-minute bus ride to Shoreditch. The rooms are very small, but expected. The cleaning crew is great. The front desk not so great - they rarely greet you or smile. Ali, who works at the front desk, might as well be a chair; he has zero personality or desire to help anyone. The hot water machine in the lobby doesn't work properly warm water, not hot, and I heard at least 2 people tell the front desk, who didn't seem to care. The front desk staff also not familiar with anything in the vecinity. The towels in the bathroom are literally disintegrating; they are old and need to be replaced. Overall, not too bad, considering the price of the room. You get what you pay for, I supposed.
Great basic hotel. Modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and quiet room. The bathroom setup was a bit weird with glass wall, lacking some privacy, specially if you are sharing the room. It wasn't a problem for me as I was with family/intimate people. Overall, I recommend the hotel and I would stay there again for sure!
Pros: good location, near a tube station and pretty central on a calm street. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Shower had two shower heads which is always nicenCons: smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The shower is also crazy small and our shower head was malfunctioning and flooded our floor which was bizarre, but staff brought many towels and someone worked on it the next day.
hotel was ok, rooms small than what i expected, felt cramped for 2 people with 2 large suitcases.nnRooms were clean, housekeeping was good about taking care of the room everyday while we were away.nnThere is a bar/breakfast area next to the lobby.nnStaff were available to help at anytime, check in and check out were through automated machines.nnclose to public transportation including a bustop, underground station, elizabeth line and the thames link. walkable distance to many pubs restaurants in the vicinity
Extra comfortable bed, cool lights around tv, excellent location. Very neat, clean and silent. Would be nice if there was another chair and more shelfs. Very good hotel, will come back!
