Amazing rooms with top notch furnishing and design. Breakfast is extremely delicious however quite special and not for everyone as it has this Asian touch. Service is so so - the checkin terminals just don’t work well to be honest. Maybe it was only me. I also find these terminals very cold taking away the human touch of a boutique hotel.
Nice hotel in a great location. Staff are lovely and helpful, rooms are clean and well decorated.nnMain issue is the noise - we had a room with a balcony and even with our balcony door shut, the noise leak was just far too much. Obviously it's in the city, but it was loud enough to wake you up during the night or stop you from falling asleep at all.nnThey also apply an optional 5% charge to the stay. Staff removed this for us without us asking but imagine it surprises some people and makes for an uncomfortable situation.
I recently stayed at One Hundred on a business trip — my second time here — and I can only speak highly of the hotel. From the location to the rooms, amenities, and most importantly, the staff, everything exceeded expectations!nnEvery single day, the team went above and beyond to support me with any requests I had. Special thanks to the Front of House Team - Khaled, Vedang, Shane Shea, and many more whose names I sadly didn’t catch — but your support did not go unnoticed. You were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, always helping with a smile on your face. I truly want to thank the front-of-house staff and the entire team for everything you did. I honestly couldn’t have done it without you.nnYou all really made a difference and turned my trip into such a great experience — I was honestly sad to check out. Huge thanks to the front-of-house team and everyone at the hotel for making everything so easy and enjoyable. I seriously couldn’t have done it without you.nnLooking forward to my next visit!
The rooms were nice and the hotel overall was clean. The location was good, close to bus stops and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. We were able to reach a lot of major attractions with just one bus ride which made things very convenient.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay but I do think the hotel should be more transparent about extra charges. There were snacks and drinks in the room with no visible price list. More surprisingly, there were charges for items like the tote bag £20, umbrella £40, and even the laundry bag £20 with no clear signage indicating these were not complimentary. That felt a bit sneaky and left a bad impression.nnThat said, the shower was great, the vibe of the hotel was modern and stylish, and the price for our stay wasn’t bad. I would recommend the hotel to visitors but just be aware of the hidden costs.
Consistently Impressive – One Hundred ShoreditchnnThis hotel has quickly become one of my favorites in London. From check-in to check-out, everything ran like clockwork—even during peak hours. It's clearly a popular spot, but you'd never feel it in the service. The staff are on top of everything and genuinely welcoming. Big shoutout to Shane, who helped me out massively on my last day—he handled my oversized luggage like a pro and made sure I was fully sorted before heading out. That kind of care really stands out.nnThe hotel itself is modern, sleek, and just works. You can tell a lot of thought went into how it's run. It honestly feels smoother and more guest-focused than some luxury chains I’ve stayed with. The location is also unbeatable. You’ve got great food, nightlife, and a rooftop bar that’s seriously worth checking out—all either steps away or right inside the hotel.nnEvery time I stay here, I walk away more impressed. No doubt I’ll be coming back, and I won’t even consider staying anywhere else in Shoreditch. Highly recommend!
