I recently stayed here, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless.nnWhat really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. From the front desk team who made check-in seamless, to the housekeeping staff who kept everything pristine, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days, and this team nailed it.nnHighly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing, worry-free stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
Given the price of most hotels in London for short stays, Premier Inn offers really excellent deals. And since this hotel is located in the City, it is excellent value at the weekend. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and very good value for money. The overworked reception staff could probably do with a little more help - but that’s the fault of management.
Stayed for just one night when attending the Barbican for a concert. Great location. Particularly impressed with the staff hospitality. Reception and the staff at breakfast were really polite and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights while we were down in London for a concert in Wembley. Great location for everything, 5 min walk to the underground although they were on strike ‍. Lovely hotel. Clean rooms. Great air-con, bed/bedding, shower and breakfast. Friendly staff. Could keep luggage before check-in with no problems. Would staybhere again.
A well placed hotel for nearby St Barts hospital and St Paul's cathedral. I am certain they know that and use it to their advantage because there is no way they are encouraging anyone to return. The rooms are tiny and poorly equipped and furnished. We booked a double for 2 nights, there was only one towel, 6 sheets of toilet roll, no drawers, 1 carton of milk, 2 teabags and one tube of coffee. There was a chair at the side of the bed which you needed to move to get around the bed or to sit on it, and when you did sit, you either had to put your feet up on the bed or scrunch up. There were no drawers or places to put clothing. Although manned 24 hours, there was typically only one person on reception who was also dealing with baggage storage, complaints, check in and check out so the queue was always long. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I expect an inflated price in London but I also expect decent accommodation and rooms, this hotel is as expensive as other hotels in the area with a lot less to offer. Not impressed.
