I recently had the pleasure of visiting Primo Bar, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! Dennis was behind the bar, and he truly knows how to craft a drink. Each cocktail was expertly made, with the perfect balance of flavors that left me wanting more.nnThe atmosphere of the hotel is just as impressive as the drinks. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. I can honestly say I would come back just for the fantastic drinks and the cozy accommodations. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem! Highly recommended!
We had an excellent stay at the Park Plaza Westminster London. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of London Eye, Big Ben, a subway station Waterloo, and even an Uber Boat pier!nVery clean, modern rooms and nice breakfast.nAlthough we had an issue with our reservation when checking in, the staff especially Marjana! went above and beyond to solve it and make sure we had a good stay. Thank you Marjana!!nI truly hope we will be back soon. We enjoyed our time in London and the hotel immensely!
We loved staying at this hotel. Great location, great rooms. The restaurants are great, especially Joël. We were waited by Krishna who was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to secure a dish that had rotated out of the menu but that we had enjoyed a few days prior, provided outstanding service throughout our dinner and was super kind to our party. We will return to the restaurant just to cross paths with Krishna again, as she is one of the best waitresses that we interacted with in quite a long time.
Park Plaza Hotel was a great spot for my girlfriends and my first time in London. The rooms are nice and spacious but what really moved this from a 4 star to a 5 star review was our check-in. Our plane arrived early and we wanted to head to our room a few hours early. We sat with a woman who looked for a room that was available until she found one and really helped us get a good start to our trip. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but thank you so much whoever you are!nnYou should be aware that this hotel is in a very touristy area. However that isn't necessarily a downside since it is right in the middle of so many London attractions.
Great location! Great service! Amazing hotel. Me and my partner visited London for my birthday trip. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, at reception, Kunjan, gave us a warm welcome and was very attentive to our questions. He even gave an upgrade of our room as a birthday treat from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. All staff were friendly when walking through the hotel. Exceptional service, most definitely would recommend and will be using again when next visiting London
