Hotel is really well located, which made our trip with two small kids much more comfortable. Reception stuff is very kind and helpful. Room is quiet and super-clean. Breakfast is amazing. We also had dinner there, was not sure if there's any dress-code, I felt a bit ashamed among all other well-dressed gentlemen in my jeans and hoodie, hope it was not too disturbing. The dinner meals were marvellous, my wife and kids were delighted. also the waitress Natalia was very helpful, kind and professional. Her smile made our experience even more intensive.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The customer service was exceptional and really made a difference. Cinzia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She made sure everything was smooth and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.nMichael was also fantastic—very helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with anything I needed.nBoth of them truly represent excellent hospitality and made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.nHer warm attitude, willingness to help, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. It is rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.nWe are very grateful for her help and would like to thank her for the outstanding service. She is a real asset to the hotel, and we hope the management recognizes how valuable she is. We will definitely remember her kindness and would gladly return again.nThank you once again!
We stayed at Park Plaza Westminster for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall.nnEverything was very good from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Rasgna at reception was especially kind and welcoming — she allowed us an early check-in, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable right away. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out.nnThe location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.nnAs for the minor downsides: the breakfast variety could be improved, as the selection felt a bit limited. Also, the swimming pool operates on 30-minute reservation slots, which are quite difficult to secure and feel a bit too short to fully enjoy the facilities.nnOverall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
Very good conference facilities. I'd say it was probably the most comfortable venue I've been to for a large scale conference. I was impressed with the quality of the food provided, attentive service from staff and cleanliness of the building. Only minor thing I'd suggest is having more tables to stand at outside the hall. Overall a great experience. My thanks to the hard working staff for their efforts.
