Very nice hotel in a great location. We had a king room for 2 that was very spacious. Excellent spaces available for business needs. Network connections were consistent and fast enough for above average use. Heating and cooling in the room is very nice. The room also conveniently has US and EU power.nnWould recommend, would stay again.
Great little hotel, short walk to the attractions of County Hall and Westminster. Two good tube stations and Waterloo mainline right on the doorstep. Felt safe and sound walking back at night. Nice pool and cafe downstairs, staff always pleasant and helpful, all public areas well thought out and nicely finished with good rooms. What more could you want? Our second stay and we will be back next time we're in the capital.
Had a great stay here over the weekend. Amina on reception was very helpful and welcoming and made our stay extra special.nOur room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of Big Ben, the Thames and the London Eye.nThe only downside would be the temperature of the swimming pool. It was freezing cold so did not stay in it for very long.
This hotel in Central London is perfect for tourists who want easy access, within view of Big Ben and Parliament. The rooms are nice. The only meals we ate there were breakfasts, and they had a full English breakfast buffet. The staff was wonderful.
The room was a decent size. Liked the pillows! Good location.nHowever, a room with a fake window was not what I expected. I like to open the curtains to daylight in the morning NOT to have to put the lights on! Seriously not good for my mental health.nNo charging points next to the bed, which was a nightmare because I needed my phone by my bed and charged. Could only charge one thing at a time as well.nPlace was clean and tidy but felt a bit dated.nI put my room card in the box when I left and had to ask how I got out. I was told to go down the escalator with a big heavy suitcase!nNot a place I would go back to.
