Great hotel right in the Newcastle city centre. Amazing restaurant in the hotel available on the ground floor or as room service. Rooms are unique and really well designer and all the staff are really friendly

Stayed here for one night before departing for our Holiday, fantastic hotel, our room was superb, lovely balcony even in the rain!! Food in the restaurant was outstanding. All the staff were great and so helpful, a special mention to Zak on reception for our pre arrival assistance, also on check in, he is a great asset to your hotel. I am sure we would return.

Decor is very cool, but the hard wooden flooring and paper thin walls means that you and you'll get to know all your neighbours' secrets. Very, very noisy. Location is excellent. Breakfast quality is top notch but service is slooow. I mentioned my 20 minute wait to be asked my order and was told that a new regime is in place. It used to be buffet style, it's now wait and more wait style. I did notice that the man taking the orders likes the ladies, they seemed to get lots of chats and quick service. Perhaps next time I'll don a wig. Couldn't fault the in room items (dressing gown, well stocked fridge, rain shower, top of the range toiletries). Only issues were dubious breakfast service and lack of privacy from the paper thin walls.

It was just what we needed, having spent the last 26 hours in the air and airport lounges. Clean rooms, reliable wifi (unlike Australia), lovely breakfast smorgasbord, comfy beds and most welcoming staff. Location is great...middle of a very pretty part of town with plenty to do and see nearby.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff. Stylish room with very comfy beds. Tasty breakfast and a central location ideal for all areas of the city.
