I have stayed in this hotel last year 2023 and was very happy with my room, however, this time November 2024 the room I have stayed in was not very clean. The whole hotel needs refreshing. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the cleanliness needs improving.
This was a great place to stay for 2 nights. I do have a small complaint. We were woken up by the fire alarm. Then it continued intermittently for about 30 minutes. Then the lifts broke down, and due to the fire alarm going off the kitchen were struggling to support customers with food choices. However, the staff themselves were wonderful, extremely helpful. And also have my sympathy due to the situation. All 5 stars are deserves more so for the staff who were working. Well done.
Great location 2 mins walk from Tottenham Hale station. Check in was easy and they gave me my room early with no added charge. The service has been fantastic and in particular I would like to Mention Leanna sorry if that spelling isn't right. An absolutely lovely lady from check in through to service at Dinner time. A great front of house with a lovely personality. I would definitely stay here again.
Premier Inn is generally pretty good but this stay was made so much better by the amazing staff. The lady on reception was so helpful and friendly and it was super easy to check in. I had a standard room as i was only staying for one night, it was decent, bed was mega comfy. The only slight thing that was a bit annoying is the walls in my room were pretty thin and i could hear banging from the next door room. Breakfast was great and check-out simple.nnThe location of this premier inn is ideal if you're coming from Stansted Airport and need to travel on London Underground or National Rail. I'll definitely be back
I've been staying here a few days and the staff are super friendly and really helpful. The restaurant food is truly outstanding. I'm actually sat having just finished my food and I'm super impressed with the quality. I'd recommend the mixed grill 100%
