One of the best Premier Inns that I have stayed in.nBed was very comfortable, air con was effective, room was quiet.nThe staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast.nIt's close to the Tottenham Hale tube station so good for getting into Central London.nI would stay again.
Worst experience at this hotel. Booked for 2wks 9 days then 5days because you can’t book 15 days in a row. Firstly we couldn’t check in at 3pm because our room was not even cleaned yet. We waited almost a hour to check in after a long flight from LA. Customer service was abysmal and very rude. Sheets aren’t changed everyday so don’t expect it. They didn’t replenish toilet roll until we informed them. We booked a family room and it’s so small I wouldn’t recommend it. Only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the Victoria underground train station. This hotel should be your LAST resort. Try every other option. I spent £1600 pounds and got £600 value to be honest. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. No fridge in the room, no microwave either. There’s construction going on around the hotel so good luck if you’re trying to go out at night and sleep during the day. I wish I could give this place 10 thumbs down.

Stayed here a few times when visiting London. Situated next to Tottenham Hale underground so you can be in the centre of London within 30 minutes. Ideal if you want to visit the sites but don’t want to pay city centre prices for accommodation.nRooms are what you’d expect from Premier Inn. Clean and comfy.nBreakfasts are very good with plenty of choice. There also option for evening meals if you’d like.nStaff are all polite and friendly and very approachable.
Heather and her staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly during breakfast service. I have stayed in a few premium inns and this has been my favourite, would stay here again.
