My week stay at The Residence Inn London Bridge was a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a bit of extra space in London. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with full kitchens, comfortable beds, and workspaces, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The location is excellent—within walking distance of attractions like Borough Market and the Shard, with easy access to public transport. The complimentary breakfast is varied and convenient, and the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with local tips. Overall, it’s a great value for a home-away-from-home experience in London!
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and top-quality products—a real treat! A special mention goes to Fatiha for her kindness and professionalism, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm welcome; we will gladly return!
Do yourself a favor and spring for the more expensive, safer hotel and don't stay here. Ignored the written Google review warnings about people having phones stolen out of their hands here, and then the same exact story happened to us. My partner was robbed outside of the hotel. He was clearly set up - the taxi dropped him off at the wrong location, and a man on a motorcycle, seconds later, sped up and snagged the phone right out of his hands and sped off. My partner is a strong man, so no one is safe or exempt from an awful/scary/unsafe situation. Do not stay here. Police can't do much, won't check the cameras, and can take a report but won't go searching for your phone for here. They said this happens once per week at this location. You are being watched as you stay here as a guest. Don't do it - so disappointing for the Marriott brand.
Nice small hotel in a quiet area except for emergency vehicle sirens, The rooms are large for a big city with a complete kitchen. Fantastic hot breakfast and cold selections. The best breakfast we have had at a Residence Inn anywhere in the world! It's expensive, but you do get what you paid for.
This place is a joke and at over $300 USD a night I had much higher expectations. I’m an elite member who has stayed at numerous Marriott properties and Residence Inn branded locations specifically and this location is not nearly on the same level. Its like staying in a mini hotel, everything is tiny and even my alleged “upgrade” room is so small with low ceilings I feel like I’m trapped in a closet. I cannot even sleep in here because it’s so uncomfortable. Avoid this low quality, cheap doll house hotel.
