We had a great stay here. The staff were absolutely lovely, easy check in and check out. We didn't have any issues with the noise outside of one of our neighbours slamming some doors but stuff happens. Great access quite a couple of buses from more 'central' London but the location itself is super central. Everything was super clean and we had a great stay
I booked here at short notice, and almost immediately had to cancel due to a family bereavement. I emailed twice and called once to advise of the cancellation and to see if I could defer the bookingI was told my email would be answered. It was less than the 3 days notification for a refund which I understand, but I didn't even get an acknowledgement of my cancellation, just the charge. I booked direct to save the charges on the booking platforms, but now wish that I hadn't. An acknowledgement of a cancellation is not much to ask.
My stay was enjoyable, and a highlight was the warm and helpful service provided by Yaya at the reception desk. The rooms offer basic amenities but are well-maintained and clean. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job; I consistently returned to a clean and tidy room, which greatly enhanced my experience. The proximity to bus stops directly outside the hotel was a definite plus, making connections to the Underground lines very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement would be to address the soundproofing, as noise from outside or neighboring rooms was sometimes noticeable.
Comfortable room, we got a huge double bed, so cosy. They cleaned our room every day So pity we could heard the guest running on the stairs, slammed the door n woke us up at 2 am from talked so loud between each other, 2 days in the rows no respect to others
Just want to say a big thank you to Catriona for being so helpful with my booking. She really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated. Its always nice to see high customer service and Catriona at Chelsea Guest house provided it. Recommend
